    Phone a friend and walk while you talk. Or blast some music and clean...every time a male vocalist comes on either dance or walk around the house. This makes cleaning take a lot longer, but it also makes you move longer.

    BUT it's early! Bath is running for the girls! So get them bathed and in bed after baby's last bottle!
    There's like hardly any cleaning to do so I can do some exercise!

    Thank you , Joan 6630. I did complete my hour's work on the DR table--not sure if it looks any better, but I did get all the bills paid (LOL). Thank you for your encouragement.

    I checked our YMCA - and they have zumba! So wish me luck -- I'm going to try and go to some of the classes! I also saw several other "dance" classes there that would be fun. They have a class called "boogie Dance Tone" - which is 50s music, something called "variety Dance Club" and line dancing (that I never really liked though, but it might still be fun. Thanks for the inspiration to get out there and dance again. I was never very good, but loved it, so hopefully I can keep up with the zumba!

    3. 30-day ab challenge: 85 situps, 120 crunches, 50 leg raises, 75 second plank :neutral: did some...
    4. salsa/bachata/reggaeton--at least two hours :smiley: 3+ hours!
    5. 10+ cups water :)

    Wednesday:

    1. Track all food
    2. At least 5 freggies
    3. 30-day ab challenge: supposed to be a rest day, but I will repeat yesterday: 85 situps, 120 crunches, 50 leg raises, 75 second plank
    4. rest--no gym or dancing as my legs feel like they are about to fall off!
    5. 10+ cups water

    Received my total gym w/Pilates attachment today. Need to work on putting it together and cleaning basement for it (that'll be a workout)
    No mocha frappe today. Yay

    Yesterday W 3/22/17
    1) Walk at least 20 flights of stairs (busy day, not great shoes) - Yes 27 :smile:
    2) At soup supper before Lent service, do not take a dessert - Yes, it's not so hard if I don't even look at that table :smile:
    3) Finish grocery list before service and shop after / stick to list - Yes, everything finally put away by 10 p.m. so long evening :p
    4) Floss - Nope, have to start over on Thurs
    5) Bedtime by 10:30 w/o TV - another nope 11:00

    Just for today R 3/23/17
    1) Keep w/i 100 of Total Daily Goal
    2) Participate in workplace spring hike at lunchtime....the weather is really dreary, but get out there anyway and move!
    3) Floss and apply cream
    4) Bedtime by 10:30 no TV

    Good morning all! I'm doing surprisingly well on my calorie intake while being off this week. Just tracking and not really setting limits. Haven't had much of an appetite so I might even lose... Spring cleaning hasn't even started yet. It's a struggle to keep even the daily stuff done with so many of us here.

    Just for today: Thursday

    Water-8 glasses
    Walk with friends again
    Clean, organize, get a plan for this weekend. I might get help

    1. log all food :)
    2. stay away from the nuts!! And if I do eat some, measure out 1/4 cup. No more grabbing handfuls to eat!!!!! :)
    3. drink water. Carry my water bottle with me :)
    4. lay out gym clothes for tomorrow morning :)
    5. finish sorting photographs :) Still not finished yet - we have so many extra photos, but I don't want to throw them away.
    6. read success stories on here for motivation :)
    7. try and get out for a short walk tonite :/ Went to quilt guild meeting, so no walking tonite
    8. work on charity sewing - finish up star blocks :)
    9. cut out some chemo hats to get started sewing on :/
    10. read simple abundance :/
    11. stay committed. Get back on here tomorrow :)

    do 10 squats every time I get up to use the washroom while at work.

    JFT Thursday's challenge

    Record all my food
    30 min walk (is NOT going to be easy as we are taking MIL out for dinner)
    Stick to low cal/low fat eating during the day as we are going out for dinner.
    drink MORE water (i don't like water... ugh this one is tough)
    restart the plank challenge
    Contact the leisure center re; enrolling for membership for the gym.

    Today my daughter has her audition to see if she can be in Jazz Band next year at the high school she will be attending. She is stressed right now. She is only in eighth grade and has to play an audition piece that is hard for upper classman. She is doing pretty good for an eighth grader. At least mom thinks so. :). She said the judge told her she did a very nice job. Now we wait and see if she got in.

    JFT-Friday I am going to try to post the day before so that I can be more accountable to my goals. So goals are to work out sometime tomorrow-very busy day. Pack for Chicago trip so that I can workout Saturday before I leave. Always drink more water!!
