    I would like to start doing a couple minutes per day, but it hasn't worked out. I revised my strength circuit workout to include 1 min of plank between each lifting exercise (before I would do 1 min of aerobic exercise in between).

    Well, I managed to delete my plank log while trying to cut and paste it on to here with my phone. It had all the types of planks I have done - side, row, etc. But I remember the total for the month!
    February total = 57 minutes. 33 more to goal.

    I would like to start doing a couple minutes per day, but it hasn't worked out. I revised my strength circuit workout to include 1 min of plank between each lifting exercise (before I would do 1 min of aerobic exercise in between).

    2/1: 60 sec High Plank (Extended Arm)
    2/3: 90 sec x2 High Plank
    2/4: 90 sec High Plank
    2/5: 90 sec High Plank
    2/8: 60 sec High Plank + 90 sec Elbow Plank
    2/9: 4 min Mixed Plank (90 sec High + 30 sec High Side- each side x2)
    2/12: 5 min Mixed Plank (60 sec High + 60 sec Reverse + 60 sec High Side + 60 sec Elbow + 60 sec High)
    2/13: 90 sec High + 60 sec Reverse
    2/15: 4.5 min Mixed
    2/16: 2 min High
    2/19: 5 min Mixed (High + Side + Side + Reverse + Elbow + High- with daughter on back!)
    2/20: 5 min Mixed (High + Side + Side + Elbow + Reverse Elbow + high with 3 yr old + high with 5 yr old)
    2/21: 3 min Mixed (High + Elbow + Leg/Arm lift x2)

    Total for Feb: 40/60 min
