    Sorry I fell off the face of the earth...it's been a crazy busy month. Starting a new contract for work and have been super busy with that, reinjured my foot so needed to let it heal, and a variety of other life issues. I've been working out, though not as much as I'd like.

    Congrats to those of you who have already completed the challenge!!

    7 February: 30 min - Loading/Unloading SUP; 100 min - SUP (4.54 miles); 5 min - Stretching; 30 min - Cleaning Board/Equipment = 165 minutes
    8 February: 6 min - DareBee Daily Challenge; 15 min - Amazing Race Challenge Balance Video; 10 min Fab Feb Challenges Day 6,7,8 (20 side crunches (ea), 20 jumping jacks, 30 sit ups, 80 mountain climbers, 10 back extensions) = 31 minutes
    9 February: 15 min - Cleaning (Kitchen) = 15 minutes
    10 February: 22 min - Stairs (40 stairs x 40 times = 1600 stairs; ~.6 miles); 40 min - Walking (1.75 miles) = 62 minutes
    11 February: 85 min - SUP (3.55 miles); 30 min - Loading/Unloading SUP = 115 minutes
    12 February: 15 min - Balance Video = 15 minutes

    It's going to be close. I took it a bit easy today because I'm gearing up for an extra long paddle tomorrow, assuming the weather is good.

    27 February: 32 min - TRX Class; 13 min - Fab Feb Challenge Day 27&28 (50 ea - Sit Ups, Jumping Jacks, Back Extensions, Side Crunches; 100 Mountain Climbers); 3 min - Planks (but 4 total since I did some in the TRX session - mix of elbows, straight arm, dolphin/pikes) = 48 minutes

    Total: 1845 minutes out of 2160 minutes (30:45 / 36 hours)
    Left to Goal: 315 minutes
