This thread is def my problem area.. I was just saying to my husband next time I have a snack after (our son's ) bedtime I need to think carefully whether I am really hungry or if it is just habit.2

Held the line with no solid food after 6:00pm OK, but I’m now adding beer and milk to my “not after 6:00pm" list. No sense scarfing up calories, carbs or protein with either of them if I’m trying to avoid doing that by avoiding solids.

Hi everyone. Snacking at night is my achilles heel! I'm hoping if I focus on this one area this month, it'll move the needle and give me the motivation to keep going. My goal is to not eat after I close the kitchen after dinner. 1 glass of wine with the hubby is allowed2

I must have been more dependent on LNSs than I realized, because now that I’m down to just water/Crystal Light/etc after 6pm, I’m getting 10-11pm headaches. Not fun.
