@Holly_Wood_2008 I have the same problem! I'm a night owl all my life since high school and staying up late makes me hungry again for an added/extra meal or snack.. Hence that is exactly where I indulge in excessive calories. I have been making myself slowly go to bed earlier and I make sure that I eat a snack earlier in the night (after I workout) so that I dont end up eating at like 12:30AM or 1AM. It's the worst! Good luck!

I'd like to join as I have been sabotaging myself lately. I was posting for this challenge a few months back, but I had difficulty sticking with it. As you can see below, snacking is getting the best of me. I have been maintaing my weight loss (a 45 pound loss), but I am still five pounds away from my goal of losing a total of 50. So close....!!!! If I could just cut out the snacking, the weight would come off a lot faster. I also have other bad habits, too. For example, I have been eating standing up at the counter lately. I am going to try to curtail this behavior as well this month.

I might be a little late into the game...but I AM SO IN!

I am a snack monster all day long. I could survive on snacks alone..its bad.

My goal is to not eat after 9 pm, and limit my snacks throughout the day.

Yay! This is a challenge I need to do. I am definitely a late night snacker and I need to stop! I think my weight loss would be much better if I can get a grip on it. Especially since I have limited mobility. Let's see how I do!

Which is very exiting cuz I've never made it a whole 2 weeks before. Yay! (Credit goes to this challenge thread!)

I'm not participating in this challenge per se, but I am working to avoid late night excess snacking. I own a couple of cardio machines in my home. When I sense the onset of temptation to eat, I do a vigorous cardio exercise instead. That kills the hunger temptation.

    Streak: 3 days:)

Strategies: listening to music as a substitute; cleaning up the kitchen immediately after dinner; brushing my teeth right after dinner; spending most of the evening as far away from the kitchen as possible; not buyings snacks (Husband: "Don't we have anything sweet in the house?"); finally, going to bed early!
