I am starting late but in. I don't watch tv at night without a snack along the way! My challenge is no eating after dinner Am at a plateau and I think this will really help. 73 years old lost. 18 pounds since end of sept trying to lose 10 more. Strategies: listening to music as a substitute; cleaning up the kitchen immediately after dinner; brushing my teeth right after dinner; spending most of the evening as far away from the kitchen as possible; not buyings snacks (Husband: "Don't we have anything sweet in the house?"); finally, going to bed early!4 -
