    Start at day 1 :) follow the rest times and you won't hurt! I plan on keeping this going past the initial 9 weeks.

    Awesome butterfly! Start at week one and be sure to fit in the rest tomes so you don't hurt. You can do more that way.

    :) I have been very remiss about squats probably because I spend so much time dancing, riding my exercise bike, and walking my dogs. My legs feel overworked.
