    Since January 24 only skipped one day
    :) March 15--36 squats
    March 16--36 squats
    March 17--36 squats
    March 18--36 squats
    March 19--36 squats

    :) Far more important than the number of squats is the fact that I am remembering to do them. I'm not trying to do more each day, just do them every day.

    Well, I left off on week 6, alternating 50 sumo squats three days and 25 basic squats on the days in between for a total of 200 squats a week. I didn't do squats while my grands were visiting. I was busy with them and the dog that came with them. lol SO...

    Barbie-you are a beast!

    Much like Rita my knee was unhappy. Feeling much better with a break. Going to pick back up tomorrow and start with wall squats-and start slowly!
