Well, I left off on week 6, alternating 50 sumo squats three days and 25 basic squats on the days in between for a total of 200 squats a week. I didn't do squats while my grands were visiting. I was busy with them and the dog that came with them. lol SO...

Much like Rita my knee was unhappy. Feeling much better with a break. Going to pick back up tomorrow and start with wall squats-and start slowly!
