I'm going to try 5 squats every time I use the rest room. Hopefully I can get 50 in per day! I do standing leg lifts and calf raises while I brush my teeth to try to get the muscles moving.1

Ok, so it runs in 3 day intervals per week. For me, I choose 1 or 2 days of rest then redo last set of 3 or start next. Depends how I'm feeling.
