Yesterday my body gave out, so I listened and rested. Today is my official and much needed rest day. I will be back tomorrow with more exercise numbers. Have a great day3 -
I'm going to give this a try this month. Here is what I have through yesterday.
3/1 Strength training, two boot camp classes - 3 hours
3/2 Strength training & Balance/Flexibility exercises - 2 hour
3/3 Cardio - 25 minutes
3/5 Cardio - 25 minutes
3/6 Strength training and cardio - 1.5 hours
3/7 cardio and circuit - 1 hour 25 minutes
total so far: 8.75 hours

3/2 = 30 min spin. 45 min aerobics
3/3 = nothing
3/4 = nothing
3/5 = 40 min aerobics. 90 min walking
3/6 = 45 min spin
3/7 = 35 min aerobics
= 285 min.

Count me in too! I'm excited, I never count the time I workout but I think 24 hours is achievable.
today: I did a Intense HIIT Cardio and Core workout (45min) and 15 minutes of Yoga.

Count me in too! As of today I have 9 hours and 7 minutes. I will shoot to break February which was 37 hours and nineteen minutes. Looking for friends on the Apple Watch to further motivate me. I know I need to step it up to get these last ten pounds off.3
