    @b3achy - thanks, my dad and grandma had pneumonia. They're both home now. However, my dad had been through cancer in the past which left him with no esophagus and a feeding tube - so his immune system isn't the best. He still gets around and even takes motorcycle trips. Thanks for the good thoughts.

    I took yesterday off - no good excuse, just mental health day and no motivation. Today I will be going to the gym after work; can't wait.

    Everyone is kicking bootay!!! Love it!

    Woot, hit my goal for this month. Dead tired after three days of Stand Up Paddleboarding though. Now, to catch up on my planks (but the weather is supposed to be so nice this week...SUP may win out a few more days).

    27 March: 126 min - SUP (6.77 miles); 30 min - Loading/Unloading Equipment = 156 minutes

    Total: 2307 minutes out of 2160 minutes (38:27 / 36 hours) -- GOAL REACHED!

    Great job everyone. I have to catch up with my posts, and I've got some late evening exercise planned, so it won't be until later. Will post a new thread for April, hopefully later tonight or first thing tomorrow. One of my cats demolished my mouse last night (she got tangled in the cord and she ran, she dragged it behind her - and it broke open as it flew and crashed into the floor), and I have a heck of time cutting / pasting with these silly touch pads. So I need to get one of my mice from another computer to get it done...I know, excuses, excuses, excuses...but it is what it is...

    15 minutes of HIIT cardio - 3/31

    I think I ended up with 22.45 I believe I would have blown past 24 hours if 'life' didn't happen this month LOL. With the hospital visits. I'm going to keep pushing. Great work.

    step goals met each day in May, started light workouts at gym on 5/3. crosstraining on 5/4, yoga today
