I found this reciepe for patties you can make out of mostly quinoa, shallots, eggs, and cheese. I cook a bunch on the weekend them and freeze them, they are a 60 second microwave lifesaver for a quick and healthy snack or meal. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-hgFzJ8BGzwMWFRZXpsZjNiSm8/view?usp=sharing

    try these too. http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/little-quinoa-patties-365029
i make them at work for the vegetarian kids and they are insane for them. sometimes i use half quinoa and half black beans for some great fiber too. after you cook the beans mash about a third of them and it help mnake trhe patties hold together. then take some grape tomatoes tossed with olive oil salt and pepper and blister them in a 450 oven for a couple of minutes. spoon over the patties and you will be royalty at your house.

    Outshine/Edys frozen fruit bars!

So good and the strawberry are only 60 calories, peach are 90. Satisfies my sweet and cold food craving.

I bought these last night and love them! I got the lime and it was only 70 calories. I also want to try the fruit/veggie ones.
