I try to eat a lot of fresh vegetables. This can be expensive, so I try to space it out each week to only enough to last a week. If I go to Walmart. I try to buy organic bananas, apples, and salad as well as julienne broccoli, peppers, cabbage, turkey bacon, eggs, turkey sausage, farm fresh eggs, and Eureka organic sweet baby grains bread. If my budget does not allow for all that, I go for canned green beans, turnip greens, and only a few fresh veggies. I like to buy Kind antioxidant bars if I have the money and vanilla greek yogurt. I compare carbs more than anything else.0

When I need to drop a few pounds I rely heavily on Greek yogurt, chicken breast, and salad stuff (lots of veggies and berries).1

I eat whatever I want and just watch portions closely, but I always make sure I have these things just in case:
-Chicken
-Tuna
-Baby spinach/Kale
I'm losing weight much slower this time (2nd time) but I'm 1,000% times happier and more flexible. What's the point in dieting to feel good if you feel like you're sacrificing 90% of yummy goodness?0 -
Greek yogurt, chicken breasts, brussel sprouts.0

Cereal, milk, and meats.
Cereal and milk is my breakfast every morning, I frigging love it and it's so filling for me. Meat is on the table every night, so pretty necessary and filling too!0 -
Argh!!! The stress in coming up with my top three is incredible!!
Frozen assorted berries, Greek Yogurt...assorted grains and beans and vegetables (okay...so that's technically like about 20...but I condensed it into 3 and left off the Hershey's cocoa powder and Reddi-whip that are staples in my pantry as well as almond and cashew milk and english muffins and other stuff...)0 -
Oatmeal
Blueberries
Starkist tuna pouches0 -
Only 3? No way. My absolute must-have staples: apples, Greek yogurt (Fage!), cauliflower, eggs, cottage cheese, cooked chicken breast strips, cooked shrimp, low sodium chicken broth/stock, bell peppers, spaghetti squash, butternut squash, oats, green beans, and hot tea.0

Diet soda, frozen fruit and Greek yogurt.
Oatmeal, eggs, and a roast every other week. The roast is used for sandwich meat, casseroles, stews etc.
Bell pepper, carrots, and onions.
I have to have flour. It thickened my gravy, and is a key ingredient in breads and pancakes.0 -
