Loads of carbs. But it didn't go up . May be due to walking. Somehow I am out of zone this week. Wasting my time, not running, not lifting just walking. As if having zero motivation.

05/04: 143.5 WHAT UP? My fluctuating on the scale is kind of like my emotions sometimes, but I'm gonna chalk this up to water gain and I'm not panicking yet--because I'm eating good, logging everything, and staying positive--darn it!
05/05: 000.0 SORRY YA'll, I'm checking in but not weighing in today--I had a cheat day last night with hubby and just couldn't bear the scale this morning. I'm still with you all--just needed a pass today!2 -

Encouraging Word...
Stay the course! If you've fallen down, pick yourself back up--it's a brand new day and we get to have a do-over if we need one! When I was visiting my grand-daughter on my vacation we saw Cinderella (2015 Disney version)... And I came away with the simple message that could hold true for all of us! HAVE COURAGE AND BE KIND!
HAVE COURAGE this week to make it your best! No one is watching what you do, but you are here on this journey and we all have a common thread--we desire to be healthy and active! Losing weight is a grand start!
BE KIND to yourself and to others! I sometimes find that when I've made unhealthy choices it tends to reflect on how I treat others. Even though it may have been a rough few weeks, take some time to take care of you and treating others in good ways makes one feel better about who they themselves are.
