Feeling good about the progress so far... my system is clearing out old junk and letting go of excess water, but it's still changing how my clothes fit and I'm looking and feeling better -- so I'll take it!

05/07: 166.4lbs - yesterday was too good to be true...TOM starts today or tomorrow so I was somewhat expecting this. Hopefully if I stay with the plan I'll be back down in a few days.
