as humans are very complicated and infinitely variable biomechanical machines. so the only source of information you should really fully trust when it comes to any sort of restriction diet is your own personal doctor. Well and you sound of course listen to you body too.5

The rest is window dressing ... it down to nothing is neither truly good nor bad but thinking makes it so. Even water is poisonous to us in large enough quantities.2
