    I started yesterday with a HIIT workout and I've found that exercising 1st thing can put me in a healthy state of mind for the day. That being said, yesterday my friends and I threw a going away event for a soldier who is being shipped overseas for a year and I ate waaaay too much. I guess the moving around and setting up made a difference though.

    The built a new organic grocery store by our house and I went in and sampled a bunch of dairy free goodies like a bad girl. So I went over my cal count a bit. Did lunges and planks yesterday too.

    07-02 198.2 A week of having good habits is catching up with me. I can probably put a stop to that today with an afternoon poker game and catching up with old friends.

    07-03 200.0 Annoyed is the word for today. I didn't actually mean what I said above. I did not need to put a stop to my progress. Damn water retention.

    07/02 265.6 Dad came over for the weekend, I insisted all we do was eat fast/junk food. :neutral: Completely my fault. I did however order Beef & Broccoli instead of General Tso's!!! Deffo a NSV for me! o:)
    07/03 264.6 Surprised I lost a pound, Feeling super bummed I didn't log in originally on the 2nd, goal for this round is to get in the 50's. I felt like since I was so good and lost 6ish pounds in my R1, that if I lost anymore that month it would be unhealthy/going off too quick!

    I'm in!! My goal for this round is actually to maintain my weight. We have a long holiday weekend and I know it will be filled with temptation. I am going to try to get some workouts in, but this morning it's pouring rain and an inside workout is so hard :s

    Not a horrible gain...I am being mindful of calories this weekend, but also eating way over my budget. My goal is to end these 10 days no higher than the end of round 8 ... 133.5
    PS - I did get that workout out in 3.5 miles outside in the pouring rain!!!

    07/03 - 137.4
    Overnight! Yesterday and today I am not counting calories. Yesterday got a little more out of control than I had hoped ... 10 day goal is to wind up where I ended round 8 133.5 - I have to keep reminding myself :)

    Goal: to maintain. I have a beer festival on 7/8. An annual tradition: Two days of drinking and eating I'm not willing to compromise on.

    07/02: 213.6 -- under calories, worked out. Very sore today.
    07/03: 211.8 -- shocking. Slightly over calories yesterday, did a light workout. Still sore.
