I make the greek yogurt dough often, it is really good.

I was wondering if that really worked. Going to have to try it now

It's sticky but if you keep working it, it will spread out and bake up well.

How long did you bake it, and at what temp?

TIL when Tater Tots first hit store shelves in 1956, people did not buy them because they were very inexpensive and there was no perceived value. When the price was raised by stores, people began buying the product.

450°, 10-15 minutes depending on toppings. I also use more like 1.5 to 2 cups of self rising flour after kneading.

Bill Haley and the Comets have a song titled "See You Later Alligator". Just do "Fight You Later, Darth Vader".

You & @standenvernet had the same idea!!! Time to google the lyrics.
