September total: 68 minutes1 -
Missed both my month goal and my mini goals, but the total for me was 47.5 minutes, which included 1.5 minute plank (PB) and I can fairly consistently do side plank (new skill!).
I did start on a C25K programme in September, and between that and some habit changes (I don't have my phone - which is to say my stopwatch - with me all the time now) I can see why I didn't get there.
Definitely going for October. I've already put my tracker together and everything!!1
