    Dear MFP,

Can you give us step by step instructions on how to expose a catfish?

I usually find reverse image search and asking specific questions then mixing those questions around to confuse them and make them contradict themselves works pretty well.

Ask for a very specific picture/video/gif of them doing something in the blast a catfish thread! Is that still a thing?

    That was a fun thread

    Dear Dr MFP,

I need a new character to work on and come back as. Any suggestions?

The Abyss. There is really no bottom to you and people will never reach it. You can be aloof, avoid answering to people and just do what makes you happy.

At this point you may just have to buy a plane ticket and go see for yourself.

    What's that IG?

Doc, how can I let go of all my smaller size clothes? They are so cute and I don't see myself with money to buy new clothes once I lose the weight. AGAIN! Should I keep for motivation?

I use to save them for motivation. I have come to the conclusion that if I ever get to that size again (which I plan to do) I deserve new clothes plus those clothes will probably be out of style anyway. Donate them to someone in need. You will feel good for helping someone, you will clean out your closet and you will find a way to get new ones when the time comes.

    Dear MFP,

Will I ever be cool if I don't use little animal part filters on my selfies?

I don't think the animal filters are about being cool, they are more about being silly. So no.

    Dear doc mfp,
How can I be The One?

There is a ritual involving an ouija board, a chicken and a pair of his underpants. First you draw a circle, put a leash on the chicken and you wear the underpants on your head. The rest should be pretty self explanatory.

    Dear dr. Mfp,
The other day at Denny’s I was eating my Moon over My Hammy when an older gentleman wearing a flannel shirt over his portly belly and a cowboy hat sat down a few tables away. This gentleman had a white mustache and bushy white eyebrows. I immediately stood up and shouted across the restaurant at him( as any rational human being would do) “YOUR OATMEAL GAVE ME DIABEETUS!!!” And then sat down. Now my friend said she was embarrassed that I did this. My question to you is, how can I ditch this crazy *kitten* friend in a polite way for being so strange?

There is no polite away around this. Only ruthless. Push her over a ledge.

No, it is never safe to name anyone in the crush thread. As soon as you do, all the lurkers come out of the shadows and want to find out what this crush is all about and he will then be crushed by several and you will lose him forever.

So the new guy won't reply.
    I started to like him
He was "last seen" that exact minute I sent him the message and that was 20 minutes ago. Eh, can I have my dignity back? Or should I use this chance to ask other guys for kik?

20 minutes is way too long to wait for a reply. You will never get that 20 minutes back. Time to move onto the next victim.
