Yaye, I've got nine queens making. Hubby will be pleased. Need hundreds more though, so just grafted more cells.
EEEEK! Flying monkeys are my NIGHTMARES.
Heading to the gym. I have formulated more of a plan for October which goes kind of like this: Replace sugary rewards with fruit, seeds and nuts (trail mix). Run every morning as soon as i wake up. Drink coconut/turmeric/cinnamon Lassie instead of coffees. Eat a raw salad every day. Lift weights three times a week no excuses. Address the deeper issues underlying my sugar addiction-I have been google researching and found some interesting Tedx talks and youtube and websites. Feeling unconnected and unresolved pain seems to be reasons for addictions so I am trying to connect more and express my emotions in better ways. I've been through a lot of 'kittens' in my life and i don't want to carry any baggage whatsoever. Just want to learn from it and move on to a higher level of understanding and living.
Listening to "Whole" by T.Colin Campbell PHD. (He also wrote The China Study.) In this book, he soundly whips all his critics who ripped into the research claims of his first book. He has inspired me to eat better and to really understand what the phrase "eat better" means. Also planting lots of veggie seedlings and flower seeds in my garden. So much to do. I need to be three people.

evening ladies~ well 3rd night here..the real estate agent just stopped by with a bottle of wine with a seahorse wine stopper how wonderful of her...
got home and the sofa and my chair in big boxes were outside my door, so dragged them in and and took them out of the boxes.. the sofa I have to put together , the chair was easy to put together.. but had a quick something to eat, and now I am in bed..
I am down a long hall at one end of the condo complex so even though I havent gotten to the gym yet, im still getting close to 10,000 steps lol
Tom called at 6:30(insert eye roll) so the dogs could say good night... OY...
Well of to nighty nights...check in in the a.m.6 -
Allie, I think you either need calller I'd or an answering machine. Listen to the caller and then decide if you want to answer it. Seems like Tom is trying to find ways of keeping in touch. I think he will probably keep doing it until he no longer gets a response.
Ok, I'm feeling like we have beaten a dead horse over the sign issue. Could we all please move on to why we really are here. I'm feeling like this isn't the group I started with. I miss ALL my supportive friends.

Finished my garden project in 2:30 today. Now one more large bed to get ready for winter.
Got my hair cut today. Been growing it out for several months but finally had enough of it.
Have to log my food.

Call me crazy but I love to see other people happy and succeeding .
Good Evening Friends,
Terry, cute fur babies, but I can’t believe you disturbed Alley to take that picture. Lol
Joyce, we use store brands on many items also. I think many things are actually made right in the factory with the name brands and put different labels or boxes on them. The few things we try that we don’t care for just don’t go in our cart again.
Sharon, great pictures of all of you. That Warrior Princess is a little doll!!!
Sunaric, welcome to the right place. We are full of support and information so just keep coming back. I can just hear that horn you are blowing and your cat looks like I feel some days. Too cute!
Mary, I’m not offended by the sign because I think it had the right idea behind it, but I totally agree with every point you made. Well said.
MtnMom, you won’t find a better thread than this for support. Please tell us about yourself to help us get to know you and sign each post with the name you want to be called. A location is good too, be it general or specific. Come often and join right in.
Joyce, I think it’s great that you helped the homeless man and hopefully he was truthful and this will set him on a good path.
Heather, your grands are sooo cute. You tell Edie we all agree with her. A Grandmother should at least protect her from the rain, after all.
M, beautiful flowers!!!!!!
Rye, “I like pin the tail on the donkey” too!!!
Lanette, I occasionally will have a spoon of peanut butter to get rid of a craving and like you, it usually does the trick.
I had a Women of the Moose meeting last night and it is the last one I have to preside at for a while. At least as far as I know. Lol Now it’s lots of committee work and fundraisers so no rest ahead. I do love it though and enjoy all the ladies I work with. We need a web presence and a calendar so I’m thinking about a Face Book page. Who here is an expert on FB that could answer a few question for me via pm? Please message me if you are willing.
to all the Newbies. Come often and join in the chat. This thing works!! Please sign your post with what you want to be called. It makes it easier for us to respond to you. Also a location is great, be it specific or general. We are happy to have you join us.
Sending love, good thoughts and cool sunshine to all of you.
I Love you

Pip, the dogs are so beautiful and look like they are smiling .
Sue, I love the feel of a new haircut. My hair has gotten so thin. My dr said I had female patterned baldness like men have. I even tried Rogain but that didn't help. No bald patches yet, just really thin. I keep it short and hope it doesn't get any worse.
Off to bed and book. Have a good night ladies.

Did 1 hr spinning downloadable workout. The plan for tomorrow is to go to the deep water class
After exercise took my gown to the lady who did the alterations. She forgot to take it in in the sides, the pin was still there. Also, when I danced, I would step on the gown so she's going to take it up some.
machka - thanks for your concern. Today that sensation is gone. Never went to the doc. Today I don't feel a thing
Exercised then went to get my gown remeasured. It's funny, as I was getting my shorts back on, there was this "stuff" on my shorts. At first I thought it was dog slobber (she has two dogs) but there was too much of it. I smelled it. Seems she has one of those automatic soap dispensers and if you put something under it, it dispenses soap. I guess my shorts were under it while I changed into my gown. I just rinsed the shorts out. But I had to come right home since it was quite cold wearing wet shorts. This afternoon we had another dance lesson. I think we're going to have to really practice, he showed us this turn in the rumba. I think it'll look good, only we need to get it down. Had to stop at the airport to get the basket for drink money for our Newcomer general meeting which will be offsite, then bought gas, now home.
Joyce when you see Mozart getting on Melanie, try spraying him with a water bottle.
Flowers are lovely. Speaking of flowers, can anyone tell me some flowers that come up every year (perennials?.) Goes to show you how much I know about gardening...lol), don't require much if any maintenance, good in a shady spot (it does get sunlight first thing in the morning), doesn't grow very high. I know I have a lot of requirements and there may not be anything that meets my requirements. I fully understand
Speaking of gardening. Well, not really gardening .... more like landscaping. Anyway, I really need to put down grasseed in some areas. These areas are maybe 4 feet wide by about 9 feet long. Is there any kind of machine that I can even rent that will aerate the soil so that I can get the seed down in the ground? We have this hand thing, but I'm thinking that'll take forever to do these areas. Is there like a walk-behind thing that I can use?
Rey - I'm ever so glad you didn't leave us. I'm the same way as you, I tend to be somewhat of a people pleaser
Karen in VA and Rey - a pin the tail on the donkey game sounds good to me.
yvonne - Virus Appreciation Day???? I do hope you're talking about computer viruses, appreciating the ingenuity of the person who established the virus, and not talking about the illness virus
janice - welcome to a great group
smudjiemfp - welcome back!
I asked Denise to invite her Aunt Carol and Uncle Bob to the rehearsal dinner. She hasn't seen them in almost 15 years. I told her that at her reception she won't have time to really sit down and talk to them. I haven't talked to Bob in about 5 years. I do hope she does invite them. I could tell when I asked her that there was silence, she was probably thinking about how Maria would feel about asking someone else. Hey, she likes to spend money, Denise is the bride. Most of the guests at the wedding will be from Pete's family, there will only be about 6 from our family. That's the least she and Maria can do. I'm going to mention again to her that she should ask Carol and Bob soon so that it doesn't look like a last minute invitation. She can send me the invitation and I'll forward it on to Carol. Denise didn't ask for Carol's email when she wanted to know if Carol got her "save the date" card (I told Denise to send it to both of Carol's homes, but Maria only sent it to one of them), she asked me to ask Carol.
Margaret - thanks for sharing that story. Really touched my heart.
katla - unfortunately, we won't have much of a Halloween display this year since we'll be going to PA for the wedding. But watch out Christmas!!!!.....lol
Allie - I agree that Tom is looking for ways to keep in touch. He probably thinks by doing this, you'll feel sorry for him and come back. Little does he know.....

I just figured out how to use the scanner on our printer so now I can start to scan documents and photos to save digitally so I can get rid of a lot of paper. We have cleared out so much stuff that doesn't bring value to our lives but photos and documents have been a challenge for me. It's never too late to learn a new skill. The first old document that I read and scanned was my autobiography that I wrote at age 13.

Good evening all!
Janice – Welcome! I look forward to learning more about you! I’ve been known to indulge in an historical romance now and then… what fun to write them!
Becca – Thank goodness for beans, right? I often reach for the dried beans when money is tight. Good thing Philip and I both like beans of all kinds. I just made “Hearty Black Bean Quesadillas” from a site called Budget Bytes… they were a big hit, and you can freeze the leftovers for a quick meal later.
Wendy – Looks like Major is shaping up to be a great therapy dog (whether official or amateur)! I love that photo of him with your friend. The smile on her face says it all.
Michele – No, the actual day is about viruses of all kinds. I guess there’s a day for everything… here’s what the web site says about Virus Appreciation Day: “Virus Appreciation Day encourages us to enjoy and respect virii of all kinds, and the incredibly impact they’ve had on our lives and world. … So why would we want to appreciate virii? They can’t possibly be helpful, can they? Allow us to introduce one virus that isn’t just helpful, but by existing has actually managed to save millions of lives. That virii is, of course, Cow Pox. Cox pox is a terrible and painful disease that was primarily the bane of milkmaids. How then, was this painful and disfiguring disease helpful? Well, as it turns out it is closely related to Small Pox, so closely in fact that doctors began to notice that milkmaids almost never came down with Small Pox. Investigation revealed that it was the antibodies against the painful but harmless Cow Pox that protected them from Small Pox. So it was that the first vaccine was born, an inoculation against Small Pox, all thanks to the Cow Pox virus.”
I had a decent day but it’s super-humid and we’ve had the A/C off so my stint on the stationery bike really kicked my behind. I swear I must have sweated off a couple of pounds.
My sweet husband has lost his phone again. I really hope he finds it, because I don’t want to buy another one. He’s a lovely, brilliant man, but he’s an “absent-minded professor” type and he’s already lost one phone. It’s getting hard enough to remember my own stuff without having to remember his too!
Sweet dreams!

Question - do any of you eat peanut butter as a carb alternative, especially to stop a binge? I was hungry after supper so had a spoonful of Adams natural peanut butter. It seemed to do the trick and stuck with me for a long time!
Nope ... peanut butter (and peanuts and peas) make me bloat tremendously and feel really, painfully uncomfortable.
I haven't touched peanut butter in about 25 or 30 years.
I do eat peanuts and peas occasionally, but only just a few. For example, I can handle about half a dozen of them in a granola bar on a weekend bicycle ride, but that's about it.
And in the last few years, sadly, nuts have joined the list of foods that make me feel ick.

Machka, the botanical gardens sound wonderful and the pictures are absolutely beautiful! You are a very good photographer. Thanks for the recipe.
Thank you ... to you and the others who have made complimentary comments.
I miss taking photos ... haven't done nearly as much of it in the last couple years as I used to do. Too busy with university stuff.
And I've missed going to the garden. The winter and early spring weather was bad enough I didn't feel motivated to walk all the way there and back. In order to get there, take a few photos, and get back within a reasonable time at lunch, I've got to be moving. Very, very brisk walk.
However, I'm hoping to be able to do that walk about once a week now, and through the summer.

Good evening!
I hope everyone had a great day. I went to my Bible Study this morning and had a too good of a good time eating the goodies. I was about 150 calories over my goal, not bad but too much sugar.
I brought carrot cake I made which was about 200 calories a slice. I should of stopped there!!
I got my Disabled Plate for my car. I can't believe I waited a year to do it. I guess I was trying to walk more and get better, but it was just too painful at times to walk from parking spaces that were too far away from a store.
Becca I have switched out food packages on my kids too! They never knew the difference!
Joyce Our church has a sign language interpreter. There is a small group of deaf people and the church even offers sign language classes. I thought about taking it. I learned some signs years ago, but forgot most.
So I thought about what I'm going to do to improve my goals so, my October goals are:
- Eat less sugary items
- Eat more green veggies
- Measure my food if quantity is doubtful
- Drink more water
- Walk more as much as possible
- Clean out garage, box by box
- Take old clothes to Salvation Army
- Finish projects I start!!
Have a good week and keep tracking!!

I need to do this. We've got the scanner and back-up harddrives and everything, but just need the time. I've even entertained the idea of hiring someone to do it.
I have purged a lot of my stuff over the years, but still have about half a dozen file boxes and a shelf of binders that could be scanned.
If I can get to it this December, that would be great! Even just to start the project.

Michele yes you can rent an aerator to go over that ground. They are a bit awkward and it helps to have a pick up to get it to your home.
You are further south then up here in Minnesota. Perennials are plants that come up every year without having to replant them. Annuals die off each year and you need to replant them. The perennials we have here usually to not bloom continually. One of the few is wild geranium. It is low, but does bloom better in sun. Hosta is one of the favorites here for a shady spot but it has spikey flowers that only bloom a short time. Most gardeners plant them for their foliage. You might have more choices because of your climate. How well your soil drains can also make a difference in what does well and moisture makes a difference too. Sometimes if you cut a perennial back you can get another bloom per season. Lenora would probably have a better idea because her climate is closer to yours. I would also walk around your neighborhood and see what they plant.
For shade up here I plant coleus for their colorful foliage, impatience ( they do tend to die out because of a fungal disease, I still have some this year (this is the longest they have lasted in awhile), and a polka dotted leafed plant that comes in pink, white, and red. Up here these are annuals. I also plant lobelia a small blue flowered plant also an annual here. Sweet William often comes back here without replanting. I do get some flowering in light shade.
Hope that helps. You are lucky you have a longer growing season than we do.

Barbie - I’ve been on a declutter mission for a while. I’ve been using the methodology described by Marie Kondo in her book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying. Going category by category. I have a list.
It’s been taking a while because I tend to be too perfectionist about it. Gather the items. Take the before picture, sort, purge, take the after pic. I’m doing smaller subcategories.
For papers... I’ve scanned some with my ScanSnap scanner - but I have an app “Genius Scan” on my iPhone. It lets me “scan” docs on the fly and save them as pdf files. Quick and easy. I usually email them to myself or save them to Dropbox to a file labeled temporary storage. Then move the files later on my Wednesday desk work day.

Here’s my big paper purge from last December.
Before: I emptied a lateral two drawer file cabinet,
The items circled in pink are the keepers. The stuff on the table went to recycling. Except the cardboard box has tax returns for 20 years. DH made me keep those. But I plan to go through them and strip out the supporting docs and put the returns all in one folder. Keeping the past 3 years intact.

I've got a question for all you dog owners? How can you tell 'if a dog' is 'dreaming' or if it might be having a seizure? I don't know how to explain it other than Cracker will make this sound, not quite a 'hiccup' but, for lack of a better description she does this, almost nightly. She sort of 'jerks' when she does it. Hard to describe. She'll have her eyes open; but, sort of 'starring off. It is almost as if she is looking at you and trying to say, 'stop this from happening'. I have seizures, so I know how it feels to be having one, and not being able to stop it. Just have to let it run its course. I am having issues with dizziness ad it is pretty scary; because I don't know if I am about to have another seizure. As if it might be the beginning of a 'different' kind of 'aura'. Without the headache, I keep thinking, '$#*T, am I have a stroke? BP is ok; and, today they stuck me so that my GYN could tell what my blood sugar is doing. According to him I am 'pre-diabetic' so he wanted to check to see what my sugar levels have been doing for the past 3 months. That's all I need ... yet another pill (or shot) to add to my drugs to take. I basically 'blacked out' when I was at the beach, and, I had not had anything to drink and was drinking water with my meal. Can anybody tell me what I need to expect? I don't know if this is because I am on another 'statin' ... which has been given to me to take. I wasn't able to take Crestor or Simvastatin; but, he said that this was a statin that most people who could not take those were able to take. I feel almost like I need to have one MD tweak the medications I am on, to make sure that none of my bipolar meds get out of what suddenly.
Worried about Cracker; and, she needs to go to the Vet any way to have her shots. Tux is overdue - but, I will just have to take 2 days to get them there. Can't do it tomorrow because they close early. Got to get her flea and tick meds as well as her heartworm meds for the month, too. Guess I will have to get money from Louis. I probably need to just take his card with me. LOL!
Going to bed, just going to leave TV on and Louis asleep in the chair. He looks pretty comfortable. LOL!!!

Peanut butter is a main protein for me. It started when I was pregnant and I would have dizzy spells.,I kept peanut butter in my locker at work and a spoonful did the trick. I just knew I had to let some one know I was dizzy. I swear, I could have been a surrogate mother since my pregnancies and deliveries were so easy. Dizziness in the first trimester were my main problem. Christina was my lomgest delivery at 3 hours. Michelle I barely made it to the hospital. 1 hour from first pain to delivery. Never any morning sickness. Christina was conceived with Charlie just looking at me. I had to take fertility pills with Michelle. I have told her that's wh she has so many personalities. She should have been a multiple birth!
I love the art of sign language. It is so graceful and beautiful. I think it is because they can't just sign with their hands. They have to show such emotion with it. We have ounctuation marks, they have to show it with their body. We had a group come to our church one time that danced to some of our most precious songs in the Baptist faith. I'm sure they are in other faiths also. I guess a good Baptist should say dance. It is expressive movement!!!! But they felt the movement through their feet. Lots of kleenexes used. And I love to see people and animals sign.
My Master Gardner neighbor hasn't come down to show me how to prune my plants for the fall. I am clueless. I guess I need to give her a call. And I have no idea what to do with our old azalea plant. It is totally different than the encore azaleas that were planted. We pruned it in the spring thinking it would be bare until the next year but it has really grown and a lot of greenery on it. No evidence of flowers though where the encore ones have blossomed many times. I don't want the size of the old azalea to take over the garden next year.
Our grand kids fall break is next week. In the past we have tried to do something but last year we didn't since both of us were sick so many times. But now that Christina's boss has this house in W Virginia and it is vacant Friday through Sunday, she wants to take advantage of it. She tells me that there are beautiful waterfalls and gorges and a lot of hiking. But to us that is a lot of driving for a total of 2 days.. Charlie has been to their house and had to take care of his ileostomy but never traveled with it. He pretty much knows when he needs to empty his bag but that is with his meal schedule and what we normally eat. So he is hesitant to go travel. P,us when he empties it, he would empty the place of any humans! It stinks!!!!!!!!

Way back when ...
My ex-husband and I lived together and I suspect I was in a bit of a depression or something because I became somewhat of a hoarder. He left, and a matter of days later, it was like coming into the light and seeing the place for what it was. I spent approx the next 2-3 years decluttering. I was doing other stuff as well ... I went back to school to take night classes, while working long hours at my office, and got into long distance cycling then ... but for about 2-3 years every spare moment was spent decluttering.
I had a 2-bedroom apartment, and I couldn't walk into the second bedroom at all. I had this great idea that I was going to cut out articles from all the newspapers we got and file them to save them for later. But of course, I got behind on that plan, and ended up with stacks and stacks and stacks of newspapers that I was going to get to eventually. About a week after my ex left, I threw them all out and cancelled the newspaper subscriptions. I was starting to find my way around the internet then, and discovered that a lot of the things I was going to cut out of the newspaper were available on the internet!
And then I started going through years worth of files ... I had two full-sized, office style, 4-drawer filing cabinets + about 16 more file boxes of all the stuff I'd kept. Every scrap of paper that came into the house had been filed. Plus there were piles and piles of things I hadn't got around to filing yet ... enough to fill another couple dozen or more file boxes.
I threw out so many huge garbage bags of stuff, I lost count. I do know that at one point, my count was up to about 13 or 14 of those large black garbage bags a person might use for yard leaves ... and I tossed more out after that!
It was such a relief to get rid of all that. I ended up with just my two full-sized 4-drawer filing cabinets full.
Then a couple years later, I moved and wanted to put my stuff into storage ... so I got rid of about 1/3 of everything I had. Then about 4 years later, I moved to Australia and was limited to exactly 300 cubic feet shipping space ... so I got rid of another third of everything I had.
My husband and I have built up again since then, but my paperwork hasn't built up to the extent it did before. It's still a bit out of control, and as I mentioned, I do need to scan a bunch of it. But thank goodness I haven't gone into the hoarder mode since my ex disappeared from the scene.

I just had a wonderful 2 1/2 hour visit with my sis just older than me. Today is her 69th birthday, I'll turn 68 in a month and the next older sis just turned 70. Then there this is a sis 73 and the oldest is 80. The second oldest sister passed 15 year ago, she would be 77 now. Where have all those years gone? The sister I visited with is the one that had the heart attack. She has finished her four weeks of physical therapy and is doing as well as expected. She has lost 20 lbs. which makes her pretty thin. She still is not allowed to do strenuous housework such as vacuuming, or yard work/snow shoveling etc. Her granddaughter got married two weeks ago high in the Colorado mountains, sis did have a bit of problem at the high altitude and had to take a nitro tab but was ok after that. I have loved, loved having 5 older sisters and such a large family.
I am truly blessed.

Sending prayers to Vegas, such a senseless violence. How do we as humans continue to inflict so much pain on our fellow men? My DDIL, Holly, was in Vegas. My phone kept going off and when I got up to check it was Holly texting to let me know she was okay. I then went on the computer to see the horrible news. I am so grateful that our Holly is safe. 2 of the Canadians killed were from Alberta. They leave behind heart broken spouses/fiancees and young families. So very sad.
Karen in Virginia - So glad that you had a good vacation. It sounds delightful.
Carol - I work in a Toy Store and we have been in the news recently.
Evie - Vancouver Island is so gorgeous. We do go there every few years as we have both friends and family who live there. Perhaps we will meet one day.
drKatiebug - I loved it "Three kinds of people in this world, those who can count and those who can't" Still laughing about that.
Terry in VT - Sorry that the kids shooting pellet guns gave you the creeps. My Dad taught us gun safety at a young age and Larry has always been a hunter. I had posted the photos before I ever heard about Vegas.
Allie - Haha! The dogs wanted to say good night? More likely Tom wanted to check to see if he could find out out what you were doing. He really is having a hard time without control isn't he?
Tomorrow our human resources manager is coming. I know I will be called in to spend the better part of an hour with her. I wish I wasn't involved but I am and I will tell her the truth as I know it.
Yesterday we had a our first winter storm. The roads were terrible. I worked and then spent the afternoon driving kids from school, to activities, etc. My brother lost power and it still isn't on. People need to get their winter tires on. My son was storm stayed in Brooks as they closed down highway after highway. I read him the riot act. This is October and this is Alberta. You should have a winter jacket, boots, gloves, toque at the minimum in your vehicle. My Dad taught us to be prepared so you should also have some water, candle, matches, flashlight, blanket and of course a shovel.
Today I had extensions put in my hair not for length but for volume so I don't look quite so bald. I can't believe how vain I am on this subject but I dearly miss my long, thick hair. I hope this works. The wig just kept making my hair loss worse. I feel like on the hair loss experience I have tried pretty much everything. This feels kind of like the weight loss. For now I am loving the extension.
Keira, my little warrior princess, is emulating her Mom and has posted some of her art for sale. First customer was Grandpa. Lol. She did do a portrait painting of Chico for him for free. (her words not mine).
I think I have been sabotaging myself with food. Tonight Larry made some intimate suggestions and it made me feel nauseous. So feeling like a fraud. I need to get some insight on how to handle this and get him told. I guess because I have reacted and he has been apologetic so many times before that he just thinks things are back to the status quo. What is it they say "You teach people how they can treat you" "Past behaviour is the best predictor of future behaviour?"
My inclination is always to give the benefit of the doubt. To love and let live. This time I just can't let things go that have been piling up for 35 years.
I find myself reaching for the cookies, cake, ice cream. Well, pretty much anything that I can stuff in my mouth to try to fill the void where I have lost myself.
I have not got my appointment yet but hopefully soon.
How can he think things are okay? You keep blasting at the mountain and one day there is an avalanche.

My Mom painted these *kitten* willow for me when I was having a hard time dealing with life. I miss her.4 -
I decided to try to show you Arrow & our Halloween Ghost. I'm still fussing with the position of the light on the ghost. I'll get it right before Halloween. (I hope.)

Katla, OHHH spooky. I love Ghostie and Arrow is gorgeous. Thank you so much for sharing

Sharon - Sorry for what you are going through. Keeping a secret about how you are feeling is a real trigger for bingeing. Been there, done that, many times. Nothing beats clarity, honesty and a sense of purpose for a weight loss strategy, however hard it seems to dig yourself out of the hole. One of my favourite words is "authenticity". I hope you can get some support from the counsellor soon.
Katla - Great to see your ghost and Arrow.
Tonight is my birthday celebration meal out with my son and daughter in law. We are going to a fish restaurant. Surprise!
This morning I woke up really early as I remembered that I hadn't put the new day's parking permit in the car. After tossing and turning for a while I decided it was better to just go down in my pyjamas and do it. So I was creeping about trying not to wake DH. It's a complicated form that you have to scrape off certain days, months, years and woe betide you if you get it wrong!
Machka - I paid a company to scan all my old writings. They did a pdf and also a Word conversion. It was surprisingly inexpensive. Definitely worth it. It would have taken me forever.
Time for a cup of tea.
