This challenge was so great for me! I have never done an exercise challenge before, and I have to admit, I laughed when I started because I thought 24 hours would be impossible! I feel so badass right now. I made it to 27 hours. Not sure if I can sustain this high rate, but we will see what happens in February. I know that all of this exercise has me feeling better, stronger, and healthier. I like it1 -

Didn't meet goal for this month but I was sick for a week. I'll give it another shot next month.
