    Not quite what I had hoped. I had hoped for 65-70 hours like the last two Januaries. But I wasn't taking a university course the last two Januaries. That has kind of eaten into my time a bit. So ... 57 hours isn't bad. :):)

    January 29: 35 minutes elliptical

    This challenge was so great for me! I have never done an exercise challenge before, and I have to admit, I laughed when I started because I thought 24 hours would be impossible! I feel so badass right now. I made it to 27 hours. Not sure if I can sustain this high rate, but we will see what happens in February. I know that all of this exercise has me feeling better, stronger, and healthier. I like it :smile:
