Challenging day yesterday which triggered some unnecessary food consumption.
Tracked in Happy Scale.
Pretrack most meals/snacks.
Walk dog 39 mins.
Going out for dinner w/my mom's of special needs kids support group. Love these ladies! I will check out restaurants menu online first.
Vinyasa yoga.
Meditate.
Sit for all meals/snacks.
Need to review all my commitments for the next 3 weeks and see where I can still fit in activity & precook some healthy meals before things get out of control.
Now...more coffee!

Hit 10,000 stepsI had over 11,000 so this allowed me to eat a nice big sandwich for dinner; something I rarely do b/c my main meal is lunch.

Day 5 Beck Book: Eat slowly and mindfully. Iβm putting a glass of water in front of me so that it will remind me to be more mindful when eating. Lunch and dinner will be easier b/c I have more time. Breakfast is a challenge b/c Iβm trying to get out of the house in time. Iβve been getting late to workand want to change this for arriving early so that I can start my day right

2. Cook dinner at home - figure out what? Oh shoot this might be hard we are staying at work late to paint the wood stove and I have nothing prepped to make a late dinner easier...hmmmm. I'm going to check back in later with a plan to keep me accountable or I'm pretty sure I'll eat KFC (I've been craving it for months now and making excuses trying to get there because theres one near our house now) you already know this one!
but I did enjoy it and dont feel bad at all!
3. Three waters before noon - another three after - two at home, one before dinner and one withand feeling headachey and dehydrated this morning
4. 10 Wall push ups/bathroom trip/

5. ONE LOAD OF LAUNDRY - JUST ONE, YOU CAN DO IT! lolSet myself up on that one there was no way I had time to get it done before going to bed and I cant have the dryer running while I try to fall asleep so just poor planning!
6. Empty/fill dishwasherReally didnt want to do this either but knew I didnt want to see a bunch of devil horns this morning!
So as energized as I was last week is as sluggish as I am this week. A good lesson in how good food fuels me and indulgences are a nice treat but they really bog me down. A day of rest turned into a day of indelgences turned into a day of F&@^ it turned into a week of unpreparedness. But such is life - ebbs and flows and learning how to paddle with the current. Yearly physical next Monday and Endocrinologist follow up on Thursday - I'm excited to see my progress "officially" on paper and see how my numbers have (hopefully!) improved - especially my triglycerides as at my last 6 month test (right when I started losing weight) they were SKY high and I was terrified - hopefully the fish oil has been working. I thought today was Tuesday this morning to atleast its Wednesday! Happy Humpday everybody!

9. Take fish oil after dinner - I've thought about it a few times in the evening and just not done it although I should be - my morning habit is solid again, time to work on evening dose!

Recap T 11/27 ~ Could tell it's been a week since I got up early in the dark to walk dog before work ~ I couldn't remember correct button to hit on alarm clock!
Have I mentioned this clock has ridiculous amount of buttons?
1) Walked dog before work (left a little late, due to clock & bathroom time, plus additional layers for single digit wind chills, plus all the LED gear ~ kept route short but we did it) / 3.09 mi 56:05 / stretched (a little) = happy dog& happy me
2) Move hourly / stairs breaks at work = Fitbit 17,474 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 boom! & 56 floors
3) Nov. challenge ~ 5 somethings every bathroom trip = Even restroom at a store (it was unoccupied by anyone else)
4) Meals & snacks prelogged / stick w/ plan / net calories green / 14c water = Even though home later than planned at 7 p.m., stuck w/ plan! Net calories green 38, sodium green (yay), sugar -24 (mostly fruits/veggies but also 1 sugar cookie), fiber excellent (yay), protein good (yay) & 14c water (yay)
5) Complete PA-OESC & submit folder for review = Done! Even with new stupid checklist to complete (really?!?!) & remembered to update Review tab on Project Status.
6) Evening: Day Spa open house for buy-3-get-1-free package& do not eat samples WIN!
plus bought several gift items for GFs
/ buy stocking stuffers at Hobby Lobby & Seroogy's (limit one sample = YES!)

I got most of my decorating done yesterday and I'm not liking some of it. I may actually make a couple changes, we'll see when I get the mess cleaned up. My windshield washer in the car stopped working this morning it was a scary drive to work on the highway. Company actually approved I get it looked at and they fixed it for now, but have to order a part in to permanently fix tomorrow. This afternoon I am leaving work to go get winter tires on my personal vehicle since I'll be driving that starting next week again. I also need to get an oil change on it and replace the gas shocks that hold the tailgate up. Lots of expense that we don't need as I'm losing my job.
I am so unmotivated at work, I just don't want to be here knowing that I only have a week to go. I came in yesterday afternoon after my car was fixed. I spend 3 hours on facebook and MFP. I can more than that at home!
Can't believe it's only Wednesday. The grands come tonight and I'm seriously considering bringing them for a sleepover Saturday night. There is a Santa Claus parade in town at 7 that they might enjoy. Then on Sunday we will decorate the tree.
Everyone is doing so well and the posts are encouraging! I'm struggling a bit this month with depression. I think a lot of it is the anniversary of when my Dad was sick and ultimately passed. I am also a bit worried about no job, I hate looking for work, I don't feel I interview well and I just dread it! I'll keep slugging along.

The scale this morning said 176.6, I didn't believe it really and tried again, same thing.... Maybe I found the sweet spot on the floor.

@Bex953172 - Casey is just so gorgeous! My older daughter had thick hair like that as a baby. Makes me nostalgic! Sheβll be 10 in feb and still has a mop but itβs down to her waist now!

Had a good day today. Got everything on the list and more done. Tomorrow I have planning time out of class so can get some more life admin done and head into my birthday weekend feeling organised!

6. go to the doctor of yearly physicalDoctor said my heart rate is very low -- 44. So he told me at some point I would most likely need a pacemaker ,but hopefully not for awhile. My BMI is 28 ... so need to get these 20 pounds off, and my cholesterol is climbing near 225!! Last year it was 205. The only good thing is that my good cholesterol is also high, but I don't like seeing these high number. So this year and next year I have to get serious!
7. finish up tote bags ... so I can start more xmas gifts .. .embroideried towel sets3 tote bags finished, 3 reading pillows finished. Oh ... so much yet to do! Why do I wait until thanksgiving to start!

Update on me... Went to the clinic today.... They did a Pap
Smear and a biopsy on me. Ouchie!!! Hope I don't gross everyone out
with what I'm about to share...
I haven't had intercourse in over 8 years. So it was like being a virgin
all over again. The doc is positioned ready for me and just when she tells me
to scoot down farther on the table... CRAMP!!! POW! In my thigh.π
Could barely spread my legs... I said DOC, I'VE BEEN MIA FOR YEARS,
YOU'RE IN UNCHARTERED TERRITORY. My body doesn't recognize this position.
LMBO!!! And she began her probe with a small speculum. And she's talking to the help
nurse about my V.... This one's to small, I cranked it as far as it would go. I can't see
in her, Find me the bigger one, The large, yes the large. She apologized and inserted
the large. I'm cranking this one too. I said doc, is everything looking alright down
there? Yes, she says... Well doc I wanna know if there are any abnormalities?
None that I can see, everything looks ok.
I will get the results later and they're talking scheduling an ultrasound next time I'm in.
I tell my daughter about my concerns and she says... What Mom, you wanted to
know if you had a pretty *kitten*... I said, yeah I haven't seen it, and I was wondering if it
would still turn a man on? She burst into laughter... Mommy! I just can't with you.πππ

Hi all. Had a very unbalanced day. Woke up late, scarfed half a breakfast and went to lunch late. Ended up leaving work late, but sticking to working out. That left most of my calories for dinner, and by that point I was soooo hungry. Need to work on a better balance for food throughout the day. Also not being late all the time to work, so hard for me. @sophia_alegria11 let me know if you have any tips!

@snowflake1968 I hear you with the depression, it's awful. Be sure to be kind to yourself and stick to your routines as much as possible. This too shall pass. You are stronger than the depression, my friend!
@maryrobinson40 Those appointments are the WORST. Because of my body the examination is usually quite painful as well, and I find I feel very vulnerable and exposed (literally and emotionally!). Take care of yourself today, and remember you are perfect just as you are.

Busy day yesterday - I ended up doing a job application! It's not quite finished yet, need to finish today as deadline is midnight. It looks like the perfect role. Unfortunately, it might involve quite a big salary cut. I will have to try to haggle, if I get the job
