    Already did my update for today but gave in to temptation tonight and bought chips for tea! :s On the plus side I only ate half but I'm expecting the weight to jump up a bit tomorrow.

    01/20 146.5 I wonder if the stress of attending my 50 year HS reunion is having a bearing on this. All the teen angst returning to haunt me? I’m about 15# smaller than the 40 year reunion and about 20# more than 50 years ago. I really would love to continue to lose. I have until April 20. I need to get my lazy butt out of the chair, too!
    01/21 146.0 Yesterday I was way under on calories, under on fat and protein, good on carbs, drank almost 4 qts of water plus coffee and Coke Zero w/vodka. Sitting at basketball for 4.5 hours = sore bum!

    01/23 145.5 Well, I hope this is a trend! It’s been 12 weeks since I last weighed 10# more than this! I sure hope slow and steady wins the race because I am certainly being a turtle here!
    01/24 145.5 Yesterday I was exploring the way to pick up the pace on this painfully slow weight loss. Additionally, I need to find some form of exercise I enjoy.
    01/25 144.5 Well, that makes an even 30# in 53 weeks. Now, if you will please stay?!? I did get ahlmost 8 hours of sleep but how do I make that happen every night? Tomorrow I have a sewing art technique class all day. I will weigh when I get up but don’t know when I will have a chance to post. I am so NOT a morning person and class starts at 8!
    01/26 145.5 And up. The only meal I ate yesterday was Golden Corral. I had a few veggies and dip at my meeting and 2.5 ounces of cheese after I got home. I’m blaming this on salt. Damn! At a sewing class all day today so probably not a lot of steps unless I remember to get up and WALK.
