01/21 - 69kg - had a takeaway last night and a sedentary day getting admin done so unsurprising.
01/22 - 68.8kg - long walk with the dog yesterday, meant to do some weight training and didn't so might try and squeeze it in today.
01/23 - 68.3kg - I think this is the weekends water weight making an exit! No exercise yesterday as had an appointment that went on til 8:30, apart from.walking the dog of course!
01/24 - 68.4 - better than I expected after a carby dinner last night. Did some cross trainer yesterday morning and got up early this morning for a PT session before work. Very poor night's sleep though.
01/25 - 68.2 - aching from my PT session yesterday! Are way under cals yesterday as well so might see this go back up.
01/26 - 68.1 - creeping down!
01/27 - 68.2 - fairly happy with this after eating at just over maintenance cals yesterday. Hit my aim of 68.5 with an average of 68.43 so a good start. I'm sure it will slow down a little now though!

Well, I got up this morning and weighed then I exercised and weighed; after that I went and fixed breakfast and weighed again! I weighed 211.5 all three times although I was hoping it would go down; I always go with the lowest number! I'm still trying for 209 this round!

Went to the chiropractor yesterday and was diagnosed with Sciatica! Have to go back 3 times a week for the next 8 or 9 weeks. And no exercise! I don't like that but I don't like pain either! I really have to watch what I eat now!

01/18 140.6lb - 0.3lb off and on my way to be under 140 by end of the round. Feeling organised and motivated
01/19 140.4lb - last of the weekend woosh gone! Work evening out tonight for a meal followed by Cirque de Soleil. Will enjoy but also try to choose wisely from the menu. I will have a couple of glasses of wine but won't be going mad as up early tomorrow to take my daughter out for the day to the National Space Centre - a 2.50 hour drive each way!! On the plus side got the train into work today so plenty of walking to and from the station plus round London tonight.
01/20 DNW. Very late home Friday after a meal and drinks and up early Saturday for a day out so forgot to weigh!
01/21 DNW - actually got a cup of tea in bed so didn't weigh as already had something by the time I got up!
01/22 142.90 lb. Weekend that I didn't track plus a full (healthy) Sunday roast last night. Didn't go mad but as usual weight is up on a Monday and weigh exactly where I was last Monday so not concerned as not a true weight gain. Back to normal today with food and water intake so expecting a good week ahead and still hopeful for under 140 by the end of the round on Saturday.
01/23 140.90lb - and the weekend woosh!! Plenty of water yesterday and walked 12,000 steps so a good day. Good food day planned today, gym tonight so all on the right path to be under 140 at the end of the round or shortly after! Feel like I've been at this stage for ages so under 140 and stay there will be a huge milestone!
01/24 140.10lb - down 0.80lbs. So close to being under 140 - the scale did in fact wobble around and briefly flicked over to 139.90 but settled here. My under 140 target is in sight!!!!!
01/25 138.70lb - down 1.4lbs. Guess its catch up after weekends out and away and had a "normal" week of eating and training Can't believe I am under the magic 140 - did change my scale this morning so I could see my weight beginning with a 9!! 9 stone 13lbs - not been there for a very long time!!!!! Now I need to hopefully lose a bit more and never see over 140 again ........ This is the first time I have ever properly calorie counted and watched my macros so shows it works (for me anyway!) - and I honestly believe this group helps so much as it makes me think about my own weight and trends and how weight varies day to day. Onwards and downwards

01/25: 156.4 I'm rejoining after a much longer break than anticipated! I decided to give myself a break in December with the goal of maintaining weight and starting back up January 1st. 25 days into January and here I am. I'd like to say this is an accurate representation of limited weight gain over this time but I'm coming off of a virus where I barely ate or drank for 3 days. Happy to be feeling better and ready to commit to healthy eating, exercise and weight loss again. Naturally, this group is the first place I came too as I find it so motivating and helpful!
01/26: 155.4 This virus is still hanging on. So nauseous and still not eating enough or drinking enough. I powered through and ate a somewhat well rounded dinner.
01/27: 156.4 Finally feeling better, hopefully! I ate 3 meals yesterday and drank a solid amount of water so no surprise at an increase. Hoping to get some exercise in today.6 -

01/18 189.2 I'm on Snow Day #2, determined to conquer the urge to snack all day. I'm thankful I don't have a bunch of junk in my pantry!
01/19 188.8 I should've eaten more veggies yesterday, but I did good on water and exercise (35 min walk/run, arm resistance workout, 10 minute stair climber).
01/20 189.6 Probably had too much salt yesterday… I feel really good, though. I resisted a donut breakfast at work, passed on the sweet tea and chips at lunch, and went to the gym last night. I NEVER go to the gym at night bc I always feel drained after work, but I went anyway and had a pretty good workout!

01/21 - 144.9 Started weighing in de morning for more consistency, so lower was to be expected. Still keeping under my caloriegoal though and did a good workout today

Color me flummoxed. I've been on target for calories (lower this week than they've been in many moons) & macros (P25-30%, C30-35%, F40-45%). I've been walking this week - not a lot, but several times at a good clip for 30-50 min. I was having a hard time recommitting myself to this after I gained about 7 lbs over the holidays but I’m back on track. I think the problem was that I tried to eat super healthy like I used to from the beginning, when I had gotten back into the habit of eating sweets and stuff. So I’m cutting back on desserts and then next on the list is soda. Also making more meals at home. Still can’t exercise, as my ankle is in recovery mode from an injury. I’m off crutches but still having to sit around a lot.

The bubble hath bursteth! I was having major stomach cramps and bloating for like 2 days. Still not sure why but who cares, because I’m feeling better. Can’t wait to start toning again either. Soooo impatient.

Glad to see yesterday was just a fluke with my midday weigh. I ate healthy, walked a TON (because I was standing and teaching large groups, and you have to walk to get one on one time) even though I couldn’t track it because we can’t take electronics into the place I teach at. All that aside, today is a resting and relaxing day for me because I was on my feet so much. Will still be eating right though.9 -
I'm back. Let's see if I can get down to 160 at least even though my "new" low is 158. The slower it comes off the more likely it will stay off. I just lost a lot very fast due to having the flu and sinus issues. Good luck ladies and gents.

1/24 161.6 Not going to lie peeps. I'm starting to get really frustrated. I'm eating well and within my calories. I'm drinking between 50 to 60 oz of fluid. I started walking more and even got back on my exercise bike. I totally don't get it. Also, my 9-year-old has a fever of 101. Boo! I was up every 2 hours checking on him, and then, we had freezing rain. My school district has another snow day, and so does his because of it. Now, I can just be Mommy today. That's a plus.

1/26 161.6 I'm a realist. There is no way I'm getting to 160. It stinks, but it is what it is. However, I can't remember who, but one of you sweet ladies told me to look for a trend. I went into my MFP and checked out my macros and my nutrients. I have been eating more carbs and having a lot more sodium than I was before. I was losing then. I'm maintaining now. So, thank you for telling me to look for a trend. I don't know why I didn't even think of it. So, I started watching those 2 things yesterday and hope to see a result.

1/22 - 121.5 lbs. went to body bump and became so craving towards crabs. Had some dark chocolate.. not much. 1/3 of bar. Mmm... it stopped my craving.

01/19: 145.6 sick, stopped logging/exercise until better
01/20: 147.6 was sick and not logging/ Wow, my body is so sensitive to extra sodium/calories/ feeling better
01/21: 149.7 (This is crazy! Feeling a little better, so back to logging and exercising today for sure.)
01/22: 146.9 (lots of water; 53 min elliptical; ate back about 200 calories - hope more ww comes off tomorrow)
01/23: 145.6 (lots of water: 17 min elliptical plus Body Pump class; ate back 200 cal.)
01/24: 144.1 (50 min elliptical; ate back all calories)
01/25: 143.3 (30 min elliptical; Body Pump Class; ate back all calories)

Loss this round: 2 pounds
What a crazy round - up 5.5 pounds in 3 days and then 149.7 to 142.2 in 6 days! That's 7.5 pounds! I guess the sodium/water weight thing is real and I am quite sensitive to it!5 -

01/20 146.5 I wonder if the stress of attending my 50 year HS reunion is having a bearing on this. All the teen angst returning to haunt me? I’m about 15# smaller than the 40 year reunion and about 20# more than 50 years ago. I really would love to continue to lose. I have until April 20. I need to get my lazy butt out of the chair, too!
01/21 146.0 Yesterday I was way under on calories, under on fat and protein, good on carbs, drank almost 4 qts of water plus coffee and Coke Zero w/vodka. Sitting at basketball for 4.5 hours = sore bum!

01/24 145.5 Yesterday I was exploring the way to pick up the pace on this painfully slow weight loss. Additionally, I need to find some form of exercise I enjoy.
01/25 144.5 Well, that makes an even 30# in 53 weeks. Now, if you will please stay?!? I did get ahlmost 8 hours of sleep but how do I make that happen every night? Tomorrow I have a sewing art technique class all day. I will weigh when I get up but don’t know when I will have a chance to post. I am so NOT a morning person and class starts at 8!
01/26 145.5 And up. The only meal I ate yesterday was Golden Corral. I had a few veggies and dip at my meeting and 2.5 ounces of cheese after I got home. I’m blaming this on salt. Damn! At a sewing class all day today so probably not a lot of steps unless I remember to get up and WALK.
01/27 146 In spite of the sewing class I was in from 9:30 to 4:30, I hit my step goal yesterday. I wonder if the Chefs Salad was high on sodium. I drank over 170 oz of water. AW this round 145.8
While my average is up a smidge, I will proclaim a victory with an NSV. I’m in a 100 day challenge on FB and in the first 25 days my waist has shrunk 4 inches even though my weight was the same and with no exercise. Proof that SOMETHING is going on inside!6 -

I met my goal weight a few months ago. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. I seem to be settling in around 113-115 lately. Even though I'm at my goal weight, I love this group & enjoy the daily check ins. I enjoy following everyone else's progress & thanks to my OCD tendency, I enjoy tracking my calories & daily weight.
