Happy Tremendous Tuesday Ladies!!!! Feeling better since I got some strength training in this morning
The Holiday luncheons start today where I work....OH BOY........I love this time of year, but I can also get derailed so quickly.....I am hoping just to at least maintain through the holidays

Great start to the week. I have been working on decreasing my stress level especially at work. I am very much a stress eater. My early Christmas present from my boss was her telling me that I have been doing the work of two managers for the past year and they hired someone to take half of my workload. This will for sure decrease my stress level... I will have more time for myself, my family and getting my butt to the gym everyday!! The new manager will start on Christmas Eve so it truly will be a Christmas miracle for me!! Lol 😂 oh and I weighed in today lost 2 pounds!!! Important to celebrate the victories no matter how small they may seem 🎉🎉🎉

I'm 44 and need to lose about 60 pounds! Can't believe I've let it get this far out of hand, but it's definitely time to start. I don't even want to wait until the new year (like usual). Feel free to add me. I'll need lots of encouragement but I'm there for support too.
