    You decide what you believe is late night snacking for you. Some people decide not to eat after a certain time or others will eat later and not count it as a snack if it's within their calories for the day.

    Each day you enter a "Me" number which indicates you did not snack or a "LNS" number meaning you did. Some people add an asterisk * behind the number of the most recent occurrence. The group starts again the first of each month

    Here is an example:
    Me: 17 (I have not snacked for 17 nights this month)
    LNS: 4* (I've snacked four nights this month and last night I snacked)

    Some people indicate a number for a "streak" of days in which they've not late night snacked and some people count sugar added snacks. You can really do it however it has meaning for you.

    I've been doing this since last July and it has really helped me. I seem to be going through a tougher time with it the last couple of months, but I am doing MUCH better since I joined the group.

    This challenge is definitely saving me from some snacking. Several times this month I've crammed in a snack at 7:55 but having the hard rule kept me from having more.
