Shorter term:
1. Run a sub-7 minute mile (or faster)
2. Re-gain flexibility. I used to be able to do the splits, many moons ago! Could I again??
Long term:
1. Stay fit and active into my older years. My dad and stepmom are in their 60s and run, bike, swim, hike, with no sign of stopping. My heros!7 -
1. Learn to pole dance
2. Finish a dry-tri
3. Find an acroyoga partner1 -
I’d like to get back to running and try CrossFit. Girls who lift heavy are amazing.2

I feel ya! Mine is currently to be able to squat to the floor and return to standing unassisted, also without my knees giving out.2 -
My running and triathlon goals are written and shared with my coach. With that said, one that I've never written down (until now, haha) is to reach the podium in my age group in a triathlon. That goal is a stretch.4

Pull up. Run an ultra.3

Get through the Lake Placid 13.1 without any injuries/problems.
Sub 3:00 at Tinman Tupper Lake Olympic. Doable, if I'm smart. I think.
A sub 2:45 at Xterra Syracuse. Probably a stretch, but I refuse to bump it up to 3 hours.2 -
Hmm. I wanted to ride my bike to and from work each day but my disabilities make that an unsafe proposition. So I guess my semi-secret goal is to do hula hoop tricks, not just hoop in place around my waist.3

I want to eventually make it into the 50-400 club. Complete a 50 mile run and be able to deadlift 400lbs.4

I want to win the Tour de France and the Super Bowl.
In the same year.
World Series too.

This is a good one. I've dabbled at the thought of it as well. But I just don't know if I want to endure a 50 miler. I know I'm physically capable, but 36 is good enough for me at this time. I haven't hit 400 dead yet, but I'm not too far away.2 -
Long term, to run a 100 miler. Probably not achievable for a a few years, so I settle for 50-60km at the moment.
And I'd like to run the TDS and UTMB at some point.5 -

Are you doing the LP half this year?
I'm actually thinking of signing up for Quassy or Syracuse in June. Just for the hills and fun. Have you done either?2 -
Rowing a sub 7 minute 2K at the World Indoor Rowing Championships at 55 and placing in the top five in the world for my age group.3

A friend of mine was to compete in Boston last Sunday for top 10 in the world (age group). Trained all year. Coach was there. Family emergency the day before and he had to fly out.1 -
