Eleventh night at the gym. Didn't have the energy. Trying to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio every night. I was so guilty about eating like a pig on cheat day last time.

Day/Weight/Comment
03/09: 224.6 @ 5:15am - It is always very encouraging to start off a round with a number lower than your end weight for the previous round! Standard work day with a slightly higher step count than the rest of the week's days. Throat and energy levels are better! I've been bombarded by gift sweets, so I might veer off the beaten path some this weekend... I already started with homemade hamantaschen!
03/10: 224.4 @ 5:30am - Glad to see this be stable for now despite the small additions to yesterday's menu. This was a very active day for a Saturday, but I am pretty sure I counteracted any benefits with my dinner. I had my normal Saturday setup, but missing the Shabbat meal made me feel justified to get Indian food that I destroyed despite getting far more food in the meal than I thought I would. It didn't help that I ate that at 12AM after an involved evening. I'm hoping my lean morning will help minimize any impact.
03/11: ??? DST had me waking up a little later, and I figured that eating so late the night before would skew my scale reading. The morning's vegan brunch was planned for, and the delicious plate was fairly compact! I'm still not sure about the sodium content, though, and an off-water schedule combined with an audible to an easy, salty, and completely off-menu dosa for dinner might not bode well for my numbers despite not feeling like a lot of food. These have been the two most undisciplined days since joining JGM10, and/but today was a great day with my S.O. so my perspective on this is balanced.

I need to remember how long it takes me to recover from a bad day, even a bad meal (6 days, apparently).
I so need to remember this.... I decided to take a bit of a break at the weekend... A few glasses of wine and some semlor and i undo half a week of bloody hard work... I made the excuse of "I'll go to spinning and it'll be gone", I need to remember it doesn't work like that! No more cheat meals for me for a while!10 -
I’m starting today. I’ll finish this round and hopefully continue with a full 10 days next round. I do better when I take a "one day at a time" approach, rather than focusing on long term goals. Maybe this challenge will help get me back on track.

Peaches to Beaches was yesterday, and my friend Sandra came up from my hometown. We spent all day going from one yard sale to another. We did a lot of walking, but we did a lot of eating, too, both sweets, greasy, and salty with little water! Totally enjoyed myself; it was worth every watery pound! , but back on track, today!
03/12: 210.5
Had an doctor's appt. in ATL this morning, so slow on water intake. Got to pick up the pace!8 -
Previous Round 333/4 SW=361.8 *Bought a new digital scale, set up my Samsung Health. Came in under budget on call. Super excited to finally get off the plateau.
3/5 SW=359.3 *Walked .8 of a mile today went to the park and back. 2nd day in a row I came in under my calories budget.
3/6 SW=358.0 *So today is kind of a big day, I'm joining a diet bet game; for my chance at winning some $$ on my weight-loss journey. So here's to more exercise and staying under my calories budget
3/7 SW=355.2 *So yesterday I walk the dog to the park again and realized I wanna do that every day and slowly increase my walking distance. Yesterday calorie budget didn't get broke but I ended up eating my full budget. I followed this amazing recipe called Italian sausage white bean soup from cook smart meal plan. I made 6 servings yesterday @293cal a serving with extra broth and I grabbed 2 serving yesterday.
3/8 SW=354.4 *So grand total LW=7.4lbs yesterday I didn't get a chance to walk to the park, as I was gone visiting family out of town. We got back home at like 8:30 then I rushed around the make Baked chicken parmesan it was a super delight, I made a total of 9 servings 5 servings of chicken and 4 servings of eggplant..yum yum yum and @170 cal a serving you know it is got me both a chicken and eggplant. And still didn't break my calories budget still had like 345 call left over. I think this weight loss journey is gonna be yummy!! In my tummy.I can't wait to round 34 of this whole just give me 10 days.
Round 34
3/9 SW=352.2 * So last round I had a weight loss of ?? ( wanna know read my spoiler-Muahahahaha) I really liked the 10-day challenge even though I didn't get in on the whole 10 days, but this one I will be. So last night I walked around the block it was the same distance as going to the park and back. Then for dinner, I made this very delish (with ideas for improvement for next time I cook it) Oven Baked Risotto with Mushrooms. Oh, and I landed a new job!! it's part-time $10 an hour but I'm not complaining. Its better than what I have now which is $0.
3/10 & 3/11=354.6 & 354.4 * So I'm going to post 2 days into one update. So on the 10th was my first full day at sitting as the Easter Bunny at the mall. Which to tell you all a secret ( I think half the time I might have been snoozing zzzzzzzzzzzzzz) Not because I was bored but here am, sitting in these insanely tight Bunny Bottoms size (LARGE) and here my (FLUFFY size 24) is squeezed inside them; every discomforting. Add a mix of it dark inside the head of the Bunny and for some reason maybe human design flaw but when I'm sitting for a while and nothing keeps my thought pattern going (This can be either light or dark setting) my brain will start going into sleep mood. Part of my job is "Bunnies can't talk"
Now Picture This Been sitting still and quiet, all is calm inside the Giant Bunny Head; so a yawn creeps up on you, next thing you know is you hear Oh, I think the Easter Bunny is tired which snap you out of this deeper than cat nap snooze. And you see a young girl waving and the mother whisper that to her. So now your brain is like Mister Easter Bunny *kitten* that me (Brain start waving) Ok they are waving and smiling and walking away. Good Whew!!! Then you start wondering Exactly how long, was your sleeping between the last wave and this wave it couldn't have been that long, NAH!!! we are good I'm gon Y-A-W-N stay awake this time
Or Picture This It was about an hour and a half after I became the Easter Bunny, It's time for a water break I can't drink too much while in suit beacuse then I'll have to pee and that would be bad cuz Remeber I'm stuffed into the pants So I'm being escorted to the hall way where I can take a breather and get some water to drink, so I'm barely walking cuz it's large bulk feet and too bulk pants and equally tight pants and WHAM!! out of now where there are 6-pint size minions grabbing your legs and all talking at one time "Hey mister Easter Bunny do you remember meeting me when I was 2?" "Are you going to bring the eggs to us this year at our new house?" "Where is your house Mister Easter Bunny?" "Can I tell you my Christmas List, You know Santa Don't you?" and all you can do is try NOT REPEAT NOT knock over little Sara or Jimmy and give a thumbs up because EASTER BUNNIES DON'T TALK
So that is how yesterday went, Oh and being the Easter Bunny will end up walking 2 miles each day. It's 1 mile to the mall where my job is then, of course, you got to walk the same 1 mile back home. Today is the 11th and I was off work Tomorrow I have to go to work at 9:45 am. Yes! I will more than likely bring home more funny tales of being the Easter Bunny tomorrow as well.
[P.s] yesterday stunt as Easter Bunny I realized that a lot of people just think that under the mask is a Male Human, I'm here to set things straight Females Humans can be bunnies too. Most of all of yesterday that what I Heard Mister Easter Bunny. Which I haven't had any kids yet but I think if I choose to teach them about the Easter bunny Highly Doubtful, as I'm Pagan but if I did I would them to know that girls can be Easter bunnies too.
3/12=351.6 *So yesterday I didn't have to go to work, and we had family over the weekend visiting. At the end of the night, Someone had brought in a leftover slice of pizza and 2 fried mushroom caps, which in turn became my dinner. So today being the Easter Bunny it was super busy until my break then it was like I could hear Crickets (Chirp Chirp). On the plus side, I was slightly way more comfortable than yesterday. Instead of pulling the bunny pants up all the way, I left the front part waistband under my big fluffy tummy role. I don't think I fell asleep any till after 1:30 pm when it got really slow. This whole week should be fast, it's spring break. Whelp!! That it for today, stay tuned for the tomorrow tale of Easter Bunny Stories.7 -

Day/Weight/Comment
3/9 – 66kgs. Up today from 65.7kgs. Not sure why when I ate within my macro/calories yesterday, lifted and did C25K. Im thinking it might be from the frozen meal I had last night for dinner which contained a lot of sodium? Oh well I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing, and hopefully the weight will fall off still.
3/10 – did not weigh in, but I know I would be a lot heavier due to eating out Friday night! The food was amazing though
3/11 – 66.6kgs. Imagined what I would have been yesterday if I’m still bloated today…
3/12 – 66kgs. Coming back down, but still gotta aim to lose 1.3kgs in 6 days.

m here again! Last round I was logging weight every day but didn't make it to check in everyday. My goal for this 10 day round is to write down what I'm going to eat the night before, and to log my weight every morning.
Need some accountability to get back in my healthy habit groove. Spring break is only 21 days away! Let's see how much I can get done.

3/9 178.6 well I don't know where my post went from yesterday? I was posting about how happy I am to have a trend tracker, since sometimes that's the only way you can tell you are making progress. Oh well.
3/10 Didn't get a chance to weigh in this morning, ate ok yesterday but had a couple friday night cocktails with my husband. Drinking extra water before bed tonight.
3/11 179. 4 ugh
3/12 180.0 not a number I wanted to see again. Corned beef and cabbage dinner ar the in-laws probably did it. I wrote my plan for tomorrow, and drank all my water for today.

3/09 - 62.7kg (-0.3kg) - Really happy with my nutrition over this last week. More of the same today. Plan for the weekend is to stick to my light lunches both Saturday and Sunday and avoid the bread basket at my mother-in-laws on Sunday night! I'm also going to go alcohol-free this weekend as it really blew out my numbers last round and I spent the rest of the week regretting it.
3/10 - 62.6kg (-0.1kg) - Maintained the drop, that's good.
This is my lowest weight in my adult life. I saw this number at the end of last year and again in the middle of last round before TOM. Here's hoping to push past it. Onward and downward! (Confession time: I had half a glass of red wine last night, so much for alcohol free)
3/11- 62.8kg (+0.2kg) - Slightly suspicious of this number. I suspect I'll be up tomorrow too. Went to the movies, enjoyed some popcorn, had a take away for dinner and some of my partner's Easter egg. Anyway, not complaining about that little blip as my weekend bump up! Yay!
3/12 - 62.6kg (-0.2kg) - It's Monday and the weekend weight is gone already! This never happens so I am suspicious but happy. Meals prepped for the work, weather looking ok for a few walks - looking to be a good week!
3/13 - 62.3kg (-0.3kg) - Hooray! I've been pretty consistent and focused. Went for a walk yesterday even though I didn't want to. Getting about 3L of water a day. All going to plan, I am hoping to make my goal by Thursday

3/12: 115.4kg/254.4lbs – I have been away for the last 5 days, down in London and down to my parents. Had a great time and was so nice to get away! I kept a strong eye on what I was eating yet still managed to squeeze in some really nice food, plus I had my first Pizza of 2018 and my god it was amazing! I felt like I had earned it and I didn’t feel guilty for a change. Great to see my weight has also stayed within 0.1kg too.
Sidenote: I have signed up to do a marathon in October, never done one before however I am doing it for myself, to set a goal and beat it! Training has started and this weight loss is really helping my mentality. Thanks for all your continued support – love this page!
3/13: 114.0kg/251.3lbs – My good god, how on earth has this happened?? I must have been holding onto to a lot of water weight!! 2 mile run before work, 3 mile run after work with 10 minutes on the bike and erg. 42.7lbs lost – for all the Brits on here I’m down 3 stone!!!
Sidenote: Here is my marathon link and the charity I’m raising money for, if anyone wants to follow my direct progress it will be on there and probably a little on here!

3/09 - 140.30lb! Wow that must have been some meal on Wednesday evening! I know it was a larger than meal than I normally have and pasta, followed by a cheese board which I don't very often have but blimey - its hanging around!!! Another wait for a whoosh! Should all be ok today and Saturday but Sunday is Mothers Day here in the UK so hoping to not get chocolates! Nothing else in the diary for this round other than Mothers Day so my round target of under 136lb should be achievable.

3/12 - 143.20lb - not at all surprised! Ate out last Wednesday and again Friday, plus Mothers Day weekend so involved chocolates, a giant cookie, cakes and a "popcorn and sweets" movie night plus a lovely dinner yesterday with all the trimmings including wine! No tracking at all.... However doing these challenges I know that these sort of weight gains aren't real gains, and that once I am back tracking properly (which I am today!) the excess will soon come off again. Before I started losing weight a weekend like this would have meant I carried on eating horribly for days if not weeks - but knowing I can have a totally off piste few days and then get back on it and get straight back in control is a good feeling
3/13 - 141.50lb - 1.7lb off and on the way back down. Good food day yesterday and 12000 steps, food all prepped for today and gym PT session tonight so tomorrows weigh in should be all good.....

Goals for this round: staying in the green, drinking 1/2 my weight in oz, and exercise at least 5x a week.
3/8 - 238.8
3/9 - 239.8 (+1.0 lb) --- This was expected given yesterdays' snack attack. Let's just say there was a box of Fiber One Lemon Bars that is no longer around. I know better than to keep snack packs at work! Excited for today and to start this during the weekend. I hope it will bring some motivation!
3/10- 239.2 (-0.6 lbs) --- Step in the right direction! Though I didn't drink that much water I did try to eat clean for the majority of the day. Dinner was some french fries and a few drinks so I'm hoping this will go down a bit more soon. I have a busy day so not much time for activity but we'll see if I can fit some in!
3/11- 237.4 (-1.8 lbs) --- Well alright. I'll take it. Grocery shopping today, going to meal prep lunches/dinner for the week. Glad to see the scale heading down some more
3/12- 237.9 (+0.5 lbs) --- Little gain, blaming it on the weekend and little to no activity. I am ready for success this week!
3/13- 235.0 (-4.0 lbs) Whoa. Unexpected! Been staying in the green and drinking a gallon of water a day. I also got in an hour of activity yesterday. Woot! Let's keep it going shall we?
