Hello! Great to see so many familiar faces and even better to see so many new ones!!
SW 182.4 - March 2017
Original GW 145 - smashed this in October and maintained around 143 from October to Dec then the Winter blahs and a crazy schedule got the best of me and I put a couple of lbs back on
New GW 140 - want to start working towards some fitness goals so I'm in good enough condition to participate in some fun adventures with my boys this summer. Can't wait for the ice to be off the trails so the dog and I can start running again!!
3/8 - 145.4 - coming in from round 33
Day/Weight/Comment
03/09 - 145.2 - the thread was closed for moderation when I came to post this yesterday and I didn't get back online again
03/10 - 146.4- Hubby's birthday weekend has begun...today there will be cake and creamy sauces and craft beer and wine...and I will enjoy it with him LOL...
03/11 - 147.2- Carbed it up yesterday....water water water today
03/12 - 149.0 - Wow! This is some crazy Birthday Weekend aftermath, and it wasn't even mine!! Back to tracking everything going in my mouth this week and regular purposeful activity every day!!
03/13 - 147.4 - I seem to be in a regular bloat-flush cycle...for the last couple of months...not ideal...need to figure out a better way.

03/09 = 159.4 First day of Spring Break! Hope to get in lots of exercise over the next 10 days!
03/10 = 160.2 Vacation food and drink. Splurged on a shrimp dip that was amazing.
03/11 = 161.2 Well, I expected yesterday morning’s “up”, but not this one. I worked hard yesterday, riding my bike 10 miles and walking 4 miles and getting 21K steps for the day. Ate well within limits. I guess this is still carry over from Friday’s splurge. Gotta get this back down! But I’m up early to ride before the rain comes.
03/12 = 162.4 Ok, this $%*#@ has got to STOP!!! I rode my bike 12.72 miles yesterday morning before the Island Way Grill Brunch Buffet (which was wonderful) then hiked 5 miles along the Hillsborough River. I ended up with 22K steps for the day. There is NO way I’ve eaten 10K calories over maintenance in the last three days, but here we are. Gonna push water and cook my own meals today and see what happens. Come on, body, get your act together!
03/13 = 160.4 That’s better! Now, gotta work back down into the 150s again.

Day/Weight/Comment
03/09: 224.6 @ 5:15am - It is always very encouraging to start off a round with a number lower than your end weight for the previous round! Standard work day with a slightly higher step count than the rest of the week's days. Throat and energy levels are better! I've been bombarded by gift sweets, so I might veer off the beaten path some this weekend... I already started with homemade hamantaschen!
03/10: 224.4 @ 5:30am - Glad to see this be stable for now despite the small additions to yesterday's menu. This was a very active day for a Saturday, but I am pretty sure I counteracted any benefits with my dinner. I had my normal Saturday setup, but missing the Shabbat meal made me feel justified to get Indian food that I destroyed despite getting far more food in the meal than I thought I would. It didn't help that I ate that at 12AM after an involved evening. I'm hoping my lean morning will help minimize any impact.
03/11: ??? - DST had me waking up a little later, and I figured that eating so late the night before would skew my scale reading. The morning's vegan brunch was planned for, and the delicious plate was fairly compact! I'm still not sure about the sodium content, though, and an off-water schedule combined with an audible to an easy, salty, and completely off-menu dosa for dinner might not bode well for my numbers despite not feeling like a lot of food. These have been the two most undisciplined days since joining JGM10, and/but today was a great day with my SO so my perspective on this is balanced.
03/12: 228.4 @ 6:15am - Womp!! Not awesome, but I’m not too surprised by this jump given my weekend. Back on task today with a scheduled downshift to 1300 calories. Intake goals were met, 5,000+ steps were about where I’d expect for a busy workday, and the day was pretty good overall. I gifted the remainder of the weekend’s sweets to prevent any temptations, and I’ll have to be a bit more disciplined food-wise this upcoming kaizen couple’s weekend with my SO since I had so much fun this past one, lol. I’m looking forward to more progress and hitting my first goal weight before long!

3/9 / 238.8 / A little bump up from yesterday, but I'm not complaining.
3/10 / 239 / Another bump up. Bah. Suffering from a gluten exposure which causes all sorts of trouble. My Achilles is better but still a little sore. Dumb!
3/11 / 237 / Nice! And I can walk pretty normally today. Whew! Moving my round goal weight to 236!
3/12 / 238.6 / I was so hungry yesterday. I ate back all calories and would have happily kept going. NOM. I'm actually glad this is just a 1.6 pound increase. I expected worse!
3/13 / 238.6 / TOM creeping up on me. Not feeling great today, but will still try to make good choices. I want to sleep, eat all the things, and sleep.

One of the keys to long-term and sustainable weight loss is to cut total calorie intake, and there’s no better way to do that than by eating just a little bit less of what you currently eat. Once you get into a habit of reducing portions—especially of sugary, fatty and other nutrient-poor foods—you can fine tune your diet to incorporate more nutrient-rich foods. But paring portions is still the best first step. — Elisa Zied, MS, RDN, CDN, author of Younger Next Week9 -

3/13 184.4 - Tuesday... Dinner is ready in the crock pot, whipped out some frozen chili for lunch since I failed to salad prep on Sunday. My week feels out of kilter, but I am trying to make better choices than the past weekend.

3/9 (Friday) - 219 - Yesterday I was 217.6. So, let the water weight games begin. Lol
3/10 (Saturday) - 220.2 - Hahahahaha I hafta laugh :-) but I'm getting closer to another 20 lb loss, therefore, a bounce in weight. That's what my body does. I just need to stay on point with water, food and macros. I drank over a gallon of water yesterday, but under calories by 188, wasn't hungry enough to eat them.
3/11 (Sunday) - 217.4 - Yeah. Games.
3/12 (Monday) - 217.6 - SMH - I had a talk with her (my body) She's stubborn, but I'm determined.
3/13 (Tuesday) - 218 - Has to be electrolyte imbalance, food, water, calories, macros are on point. Interesting how the body works.

Round 33 Goal = work s.l.o.w.l.y toward new goal weight 127.0
3/9 - 129.0 - yep sick, yesterday did no workout except steps, comfort-ate at work at lunch due to stress but managed to average it out over the day. Days like this happen, and one of the gifts of THIS thread is knowing that if I just deal with it and go on, I AM FINE.
3/10 - 128.8 - feeling a little better, ran a couple miles yesterday but over calories. Have to admit the anxiety and depression is getting ahead on me right now. If it weren't for THIS 10 DAYS THREAD I might have given up and started gaining again. (get to goal, don't feel better emotionally, say eff it, gain. That's the pattern I am breaking.)
3/11 - 128.2 new low - yesterday under calories, did planks, got my steps, and did "A Workout Routine" workout A. Back is sore but that's from the garden work. Feeling more able emotionally. "Bring the body and the mind will follow."
3/12 - 128.2 - yesterday under calories, ran 2.5 miles.
3/13 - 128.8 - yesterday over calories and no workout, but I got 10 hours of sleep which after the previous 3 hours night was badly needed! Not disturbed by bounce.

I will be monitoring daily my calories, muscle mass, bone mass, water %, BMI index, ketone levels, blood pressure, and finally my weight. my doctor has full knowledge of this diet plan and he is monitoring my PT/INR
is it possible that recent mild cramps in stomach area are from 33lb loss in 37 days ?
If the doctor is monitoring you and approves I guess I won't say but seems very, very aggressive lose especially given your starting weight. My bariatric doctor is 2 lbs a week max when I was 400+ I could do up to 4 lbs. But cramps in stomach might be it saying feed me.4 -

This is NOT A DIET. It’s a LIFESTYLE.
3/9 140.5 up and down, up and down. It’s what I do. Would love to reach 139.x and continue DOWN!
3/10 142.0 Lunch At The Winery with friends and I had 1 glass of sweet wine and 1 piece of Bruschetta plus my Cobb salad. My left knee hurts again. This was a valuable “exercise” for me. Learning that that little change kicked me out of nutritional ketosis, I now know that I can’t do this at my HS reunion next month.
3/11 141.5 18 hour unplanned fast yesterday (except for BPC x 2) Maybe I’ll do it today too. I wish I had slept a few more hours!
3/12 141.0 Under on calories and macros. 21 hour fast yesterday - don’t eat if I’m not hungry.
3/13 141.5 Late dinner and I wasn’t hungry but ate anyway. Stupid, stupid, stupid!9 -

9: 214... So, so hungry yesterday. Thank you ovulation! Ate at maintenance... Not that it helped me maintain though. Lol
Another hungry day today. I guess we'll see what tomorrow brings.
10: 212.7...I expect to keep releasing weight, sometimes the timing surprises me though. I made decent choices yesterday, but also ate back most of my exercise calories. Macros were ok, but not great. Sodium was a bit high, but I got plenty of water in me. Ended with a 254 calorie deficit. Chili cook-off for a school event tonight. I'm prelogging as best as I can, so I can work the calories and macros into my day. I'm wanting to have 1 drink, which might put me over, but I'd rather not feel like I'm depriving myself.
11: 214.2... I'm not surprised by this at all. Over calories yesterday because of the school event last night. 1 glass of wine turned to 3, and I had bread with my chili and cookies from the bake-off for dessert. I hadn't planned for that. I did win the chili cook-off though! Came home and ended up going for a walk in the neighborhood because the air felt really refreshing. It was a good night, and I feel positive and at ease around recovering from a night of relatively minor indulgences.
12: 214.1... I'm certain this would've been a bigger drop, but I ate kind of late last night and went over my calories. Plus, no exercise so I didn't have any leeway. Back to IF schedule today.
13: 211...Wowsa! I didn't expect that overnight! I essential had only one large meal yesterday though, aside from my bulletproof coffee. I didn't plan it that way, I just wasn't really hungry. I still ended up eating almost all of my 1400 calories between the coffee and 1 meal, so I guess my body is just recovering from the last few days.

3/10- 96.8kg - bit of a tummy bug during the night so doubt this will stick!
3/11- 97.6kg - knew it wouldn't stick, but I did also end up eating 2 semlor and having a few glasses of wine so that will probably explain it! Buuuuut I have done 45 mins spinning plus a bit more cardio and a few weights today so should start heading down again tomorrow! (Fingers crossed!)

Female, 5'4"
Starting Weight: 135 lbs
Goal Weight: 115 lbs - Met in late 2017
I met my goal weight in late 2017. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. Lately I've been ranging around 110-112 lbs. Since switching to a whole food plant based diet, I can't seem to stop losing weight, despite reintroducing alcohol into my diet. It's about the seemingly unimportant decisions. But consistently making them everyday is what leads to success.

3/9 178.6 well I don't know where my post went from yesterday? I was posting about how happy I am to have a trend tracker, since sometimes that's the only way you can tell you are making progress. Oh well.
3/10 Didn't get a chance to weigh in this morning, ate ok yesterday but had a couple friday night cocktails with my husband. Drinking extra water before bed tonight.
3/11 179. 4 ugh
3/12 180.0 not a number I wanted to see again. Corned beef and cabbage dinner ar the in-laws probably did it. I wrote my plan for tomorrow, and drank all my water for today.
3/13 179.6 again. Sticking to my plan! Maybe the scale will be sweet to me tomorrow. No where near close to my scale goal for this round, so I'm getting my *** in gear over here.

Previous Round 333/4 SW=361.8 *Bought a new digital scale, set up my Samsung Health. Came in under budget on call. Super excited to finally get off the plateau.
3/5 SW=359.3 *Walked .8 of a mile today went to the park and back. 2nd day in a row I came in under my calories budget.
3/6 SW=358.0 *So today is kind of a big day, I'm joining a diet bet game; for my chance at winning some $$ on my weight-loss journey. So here's to more exercise and staying under my calories budget
3/7 SW=355.2 *So yesterday I walk the dog to the park again and realized I wanna do that every day and slowly increase my walking distance. Yesterday calorie budget didn't get broke but I ended up eating my full budget. I followed this amazing recipe called Italian sausage white bean soup from cook smart meal plan. I made 6 servings yesterday @293cal a serving with extra broth and I grabbed 2 serving yesterday.
3/8 SW=354.4 *So grand total LW=7.4lbs yesterday I didn't get a chance to walk to the park, as I was gone visiting family out of town. We got back home at like 8:30 then I rushed around the make Baked chicken parmesan it was a super delight, I made a total of 9 servings 5 servings of chicken and 4 servings of eggplant..yum yum yum and @170 cal a serving you know it is got me both a chicken and eggplant. And still didn't break my calories budget still had like 345 call left over. I think this weight loss journey is gonna be yummy!! In my tummy.I can't wait to round 34 of this whole just give me 10 days.
Round 34
3/9 SW=352.2 * So last round I had a weight loss of ?? ( wanna know read my spoiler-Muahahahaha) I really liked the 10-day challenge even though I didn't get in on the whole 10 days, but this one I will be. So last night I walked around the block it was the same distance as going to the park and back. Then for dinner, I made this very delish (with ideas for improvement for next time I cook it) Oven Baked Risotto with Mushrooms. Oh, and I landed a new job!! it's part-time $10 an hour but I'm not complaining. Its better than what I have now which is $0.
3/10 & 3/11=354.6 & 354.4 * So I'm going to post 2 days into one update. So on the 10th was my first full day at sitting as the Easter Bunny at the mall. Which to tell you all a secret ( I think half the time I might have been snoozing zzzzzzzzzzzzzz) Not because I was bored but here am, sitting in these insanely tight Bunny Bottoms size (LARGE) and here my (FLUFFY size 24) is squeezed inside them; every discomforting. Add a mix of it dark inside the head of the Bunny and for some reason maybe human design flaw but when I'm sitting for a while and nothing keeps my thought pattern going (This can be either light or dark setting) my brain will start going into sleep mood. Part of my job is "Bunnies can't talk"
Now Picture This Been sitting still and quiet, all is calm inside the Giant Bunny Head; so a yawn creeps up on you, next thing you know is you hear Oh, I think the Easter Bunny is tired which snap you out of this deeper than cat nap snooze. And you see a young girl waving and the mother whisper that to her. So now your brain is like Mister Easter Bunny *kitten* that me (Brain start waving) Ok they are waving and smiling and walking away. Good Whew!!! Then you start wondering Exactly how long, was your sleeping between the last wave and this wave it couldn't have been that long, NAH!!! we are good I'm gon Y-A-W-N stay awake this time
Or Picture This It was about an hour and a half after I became the Easter Bunny, It's time for a water break I can't drink too much while in suit beacuse then I'll have to pee and that would be bad cuz Remeber I'm stuffed into the pants So I'm being escorted to the hall way where I can take a breather and get some water to drink, so I'm barely walking cuz it's large bulk feet and too bulk pants and equally tight pants and WHAM!! out of now where there are 6-pint size minions grabbing your legs and all talking at one time "Hey mister Easter Bunny do you remember meeting me when I was 2?" "Are you going to bring the eggs to us this year at our new house?" "Where is your house Mister Easter Bunny?" "Can I tell you my Christmas List, You know Santa Don't you?" and all you can do is try NOT REPEAT NOT knock over little Sara or Jimmy and give a thumbs up because EASTER BUNNIES DON'T TALK
So that is how yesterday went, Oh and being the Easter Bunny will end up walking 2 miles each day. It's 1 mile to the mall where my job is then, of course, you got to walk the same 1 mile back home. Today is the 11th and I was off work Tomorrow I have to go to work at 9:45 am. Yes! I will more than likely bring home more funny tales of being the Easter Bunny tomorrow as well.
[P.s] yesterday stunt as Easter Bunny I realized that a lot of people just think that under the mask is a Male Human, I'm here to set things straight Females Humans can be bunnies too. Most of all of yesterday that what I Heard Mister Easter Bunny. Which I haven't had any kids yet but I think if I choose to teach them about the Easter bunny Highly Doubtful, as I'm Pagan but if I did I would them to know that girls can be Easter bunnies too.
3/12=351.6 *So yesterday I didn't have to go to work, and we had family over the weekend visiting. At the end of the night, Someone had brought in a leftover slice of pizza and 2 fried mushroom caps, which in turn became my dinner. So today being the Easter Bunny it was super busy until my break then it was like I could hear Crickets (Chirp Chirp). On the plus side, I was slightly way more comfortable than yesterday. Instead of pulling the bunny pants up all the way, I left the front part waistband under my big fluffy tummy role. I don't think I fell asleep any till after 1:30 pm when it got really slow. This whole week should be fast, it's spring break. Whelp!! That it for today, stay tuned for the tomorrow tale of Easter Bunny Stories.
3/13=353.2 *I seem to be hovering between 353 and 351 So yesterday lunch after I got home from work, was super yummy!! I made Maple-Dijon Panko Portobellos. Out of the 4 people that ate myself included all gave it a 4 out of 4 **** in case you didn't know **** is meant to be stars. I never really been a salad person, as I always thought they don't have any flavor or taste well the dressing I made for the side dish..I could have *LICKED THE BOWL CLEAN. Which each meal that I have been making from the meal planning website Meal Planning Website--Cook Smart comes with a side dish. And for $8 a month to get a pre-made shopping list and meals with sides and you can choose from different options such as Gulen Free and Vegetarian as well Oringal and Paleo it's a no-brainer. With my whole family giving me Rav Reviews. I guess we will find out as I have a fancy grilled cheese recipe planned for today. Which if you wanna know how that goes; you will just have to find my post and read about it.7 -
