3/28- 194.4 Starting weight- this makes me so sad. I was doing so well a few weeks ago. That's ok time to get back on track. Yesterday I met my water goal - 80oz but did not work out. Did well with eating during the day and got home my boyfriend wanted wingstop and I couldn't resist. Ate all the fries lol.

Round 9 for me. I REALLY wanted to shoot for ONEDERLAND this round, so I'm going to. I may not get there, but I'm going to give it all I've got. Potential issues that could slow me down: one scheduled day of basketball, my brother-in-law flaking out on me again regarding teaching me squats and deadlifts (thank you @quiltingjaine for keeping me accountable), Easter (dinner and candy), and potentially feeling a little bit MEH. No matter what happens regarding my goal, though, my weight trend is clearly and steadily heading in the right direction.

This will help immensely. I'm in. I work out hard core but my nutrition has been bad. I started Monday logging again and focusing on adding cardio and eating to a deficit while maintaining the muscle I worked so hard to get. this falls over Easter and the last day is the Spring Football Game, which I'd really like to have beer. So let's do this.

Hello all! I took a hiatus for a couple of months and have missed the accountability from others as well as my own consistency! I am currently training for a 10K in April and am finally getting into a routine with exercise... now to work on the nutrition.

I'm thinking of going keto for a number of reasons, and I'm wondering if anyone has any resources that might tell me more about it and/or help me through the process. I know that @quiltingjaine is doing it, but I'm open to any and all who can tell me more about it (and point me in the right direction).
My main reason for wanting to do this is I'm hoping that it will help with my joint pain (knees mostly). I know inflammation is part of what's going on, and I've heard that it can help.
My main concern is the long-term viability, i.e. potential health risks and other potential health benefits.

Will try to be restrained - step daughters wedding mid May - dress fits lovely and want it to stay that way!! And need to prove to myself that time away and weekends doesn't have to mean putting on a whole ton of weight. Will be a challenge as ever!
3/29 - 136.40lb - 0.90lb down - a fab start to the round but now away for a week or so!! Helped by TOM being over so bloated-ness gone and I have been totally focused this week Now to try and keep my head in that zone over the long Easter weekend, cheerleading competition and 7-10 nights in a hotel ..... Still - no one ever said it was gonna be easy! Will be back towards the end of the round.
