Question for y'all... In my exercise log, I also include yard work. Just the basics, lawn mowing and general gardening... is that allowed for the challenge? I do cut my walks/hikes short on yard maintenance day because I know I'll be killing myself in the yard... use it or no?0

my bruised ribs are really taking a tole on my hiking and exercise... heck, it's taken a tole on my breathing, can't take a deep breath! But I'm gonna hang in there, see how close I can get to my goal.
Upped the ante, and my ribs are sore, but I can breath so it's all good! YAY!
