    mtaratoot, congrats on staying the course and on being so close to your ultimate goal!

    I like two things about your challenge. First, each week is listed. That's a great motivator for me. Secondly, it goes for four months.

    By December, I should be able to meet my own goal. Would love to see you create a new challenge beginning Sept 1st with the same countdown and just stay in maintenance as others do the final countdown.

    JUNE ACTUAL: 147.4 Holy *kitten*. I made it! Just 2.5 pounds to ultimate goal, but I know it will be up and down....     WEIGHT LOSS FROM LAST WEIGH IN JUNE 25: 2.1 pounds. This was another up-and-down week. I was up to 151.2 on Thursday.

    CHALLENGE WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: 7.4 pounds (scale weight 145)
    ACTUAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR CHALLENGE: 5.0 pounds in eleven weeks. It's a good general trend.

    @Rebecca512787 -- I didn't start this challenge, but I may do just what you suggest. Or maybe YOU can and post it's available here. I'm ready to start maintenance. I sort of already have; I played around with maintenance calorie allowance at my goal weight, and it's just slightly higher than I'm allowing myself now. So I'm slipping up in what I allow myself, but I'm being a little distrustful of some of the calorie BURN estimates that MFP gives, so I'm trying not to eat 'em all back. Puts me out of the "within 15%" range that MFP gives on its reports, but I know what's going on!

    MAY 28: 154 been off with the family and not stuck to diet at all. Will try better this week!

    JUNE 4: 153
    JUNE 8: 152 changing my weigh in day to Fridays as I'm usually bad over the weekend and better during the week so Monday I'm at my heaviest and make up for it by Friday!

    JULY 13: 143 my lovely son gave me 24 hour stomach bug which I think resulted in such a big loss this week -
    the only upside to a stomach bug. We will see if the weight stays off until next week!
