    WEIGHT LOST THIS WEEK: 0.0 pounds. I had a couple celebrations to attend, and that probably had a small effect. Good to keep an eye on it so it doesn't become a trend. That said, my trending weight DID go up with this small two-day increase. Bummer. I'm so close....

    CHALLENGE WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: 7.4 pounds (scale weight 145) in 22 weeks.
    ACTUAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR CHALLENGE: 5.0 pounds in 14 weeks. It's a good general trend. I was already successful in gettint to my ultimate goal. I have another river trip coming up and a dive trip; who knows what that will mean.

So many body parts are sore right now, and my feet are really swollen from doing a lot of standing in the kitchen batch-cooking and food prepping on the weekend. I stayed on plan and maintained a good deficit. I am positive that this too shall pass. And I'm going to the gym again tonight after work.

    I have been on a great downward trend! I had slightly modified my total calories 2 weeks ago and the weight is just coming off. I think I must have been in more of a maintenance zone? I've almost met my goal for June and have been in the 155s consistently for the past week. Going to stick to my plan best I can for the rest of the month, but will not change my goal.

    MAY 28: 154 been off with the family and not stuck to diet at all. Will try better this week!

    JULY 6: 147 bad week this week - need to get motivation to stick to diet better! All I want to do is binge
    JULY 13: 143 my lovely son gave me 24 hour stomach bug which I think resulted in such a big loss this week -
    the only upside to a stomach bug. We will see if the weight stays off until next week!
    JULY 20: 145 another bad week this week. So far most of July I've lacked all motivation to eat well and have given into binging. No more! I need to stop buying snacks - its always my downfall!
