Then the weekend happen didn't look at what I ate for 5 days. Still documented my Calorie intake which was 2000 or more.

This is my first round. I Started dieting last may lost 22 kg before desember. Then I stopped logging. Didnt gain before easter. And then I guess I just thought hey I have masterd this I can just eat without thinking because now I know what is enough. But I guess I was thinking more about what I was eating before easter because 5 kg jumped on so I am back to logging.

5/08 - 220.2 - Last week I was at 215.4 and I know a 5lb gain of fat is quite literally impossible. I had WAY too much fun over the weekend and it is definitely reflected on the scale today.
5/09 - 218.8 - Did good yesterday. Had a piece of homemade cheesecake BUT it fit into my calorie allowance, so it's all good in the hood.

It is water retention. Don't spend time worrying about it. Keep your eating on point and be sure that you're drinking plenty of water. It will come off. It's natural to become frustrated when the kgs/lbs are not dropping daily, but body processes have to catch up to all the good work you're doing for it. Assess everything during weight stagnation, water intake, food choices, exercise (sometimes it's too much, and sometimes you need to change what you do), sleep, rest days. Check your carb grams. MFP had mine set at 50% of calories. If your calories are set too low that will also cause a plateau. Don't give up!
I had two plateaus back to back, 30 days and approximately 15 days. One was just before Christmas 2017 to about January 20, 2018. Then again January to the middle of February. The first plateau ended in a 5lb loss, the second ended in a 7lb loss.

Yesterday was good actually. I walked a lot (about 13-14K) and didn't pass calorie limit. However, I just ate sandwiches, because I hadn't enough time to eat proper things... And also after 2 weeks, I swam and it's the first time I swam this much. I hope that tomorrow's weight will be less.
