If money was no object

If money was not a consideration what is something you would regularly incorporate into your diet? For me it would be mahi mahi and scallops. I love the taste, it is high in protein and low in calories. It is a little too pricey to have daily though!

Grass fed and finished beef - I've room for half a cow in my freezer...
Lobster. More seafood really. It's pricey on the prairies.4 -

OMG...."Lobster Tagliatelline seared scallops, basil, asparagus, lobster cream". That sounds amazing!1 -
Does having a home chef count? Because if money were no object I'd probably get one of those...33

A greater variety of seafood
More nuts
Avocados. All. Year. Round.
Better variety of berries
I would eat my weight in nectarines every summer4 -
it wouldn't be what I eat.....
it would be how it's served.

If money was no object I would buy a farm and pay someone to raise the things that are hard to get around here like sheep, goats, ducks, etc. I would also put in whatever crops will grow here and have a heated greenhouse for the winter for things like tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, etc.

I would buy more local, grass-fed, free range, etc meat and eggs. I hate having to buy the marked down meat at the grocery store, but it's what I can afford, so it's what I get.7

Forgot about that. I would do that too!1 -
Morels, very fresh and preferably wild.2
-
Lobster rolls every day.3
-
I would also shop farmers markets more often! The best yogurt I have ever tasted came from a farmer's market - but it was around $8 for 8 ounces! I have also seen a lot of pricey good looking meat at farmers markets.
@AnnPT77 My grandparents used to "hunt" morels. I remember occasionally seeing the spoils of the hunt laid out. I don't remember her ever offering me one!6 -

I discovered the local peach farm last year. Oh. My. God!
If calories were no object I'd have peach pie and vanilla ice cream every day peaches were in season.4 -
Avocados. Currently around $6 each.3

Crab, every day! More seafood in general, actually. And passion fruit. Those things are delicious but so expensive here.0
-
More Salmon, some Swordfish, Scallops, Asparagus, Avocados, Berries, and all Fruits, even when not in season!3
-
I second the private home chef. I don't find any food to be out of my price range to eat regularly, but this also because I can't cook. If I could, bring on the Wagyu.5
-
Seafood every second or third day, perfectly prepared...especially lobster, scallops & ahi tuna.
More sushi
High quality macarons & special pastries
Salad bar from a fancy supermarket all the time, instead of buying vegetables & prepping them myself.0 -

I would get so much fruit!!! The fruit I like is really expensive here... blackberries, peaches, apricots!!! I can't remember the last time I had an apricot or a plum...1
-
More meat.
Seasonings and ingredients I can't find locally. I like cooking and it would be fun to try some new things.
If money was no object I'd also have a kitchen renovation with all kinds of gadgets and equipment.2 -
Grapes and scallops0
-
30 year scotch2
-
Ferrari[ Aston Martin1
-
Scallops
Mussels
Calves' liver
Fresh berries year-round (I assume the money will extend to whatever measures are needed to alleviate our enlarged carbon footprints?)
Avocados even when they aren't on sale
Ducks' eggs
Milk and other dairy from local pastured cows
ETA: Since other people are hiring cooks or buying land and hiring farm workers, I would use this unlimited money to quit my job so I would always have enough time to cook what I wanted.

grass fed meat, all organic foods. and a yard big enough to grow more veg and fruits.
and more trips to Italy and Mexico so i could have great seafood there more often4 -
-
Whole wild caught Alaskan salmon flown in fresh daily.
And maybe some potatoes.1
