You are so right! Thanks for the insight. I already know I have dense tissue so, I most likely will remain “voluptuous” and I’m ok with that, but my back and shoulders aren’t, LOL! Like you said though...more muscle in the back and core will help. I am planning to start my journey in a couple of weeks; foot is healing from surgery last week. 😒4

Oh wow I haven’t posted anything here since last year 😅 well this pic is halfway through a 4 week “mini-cut” and I’m feeling pretty satisfied with my results so far, two more weeks to go!

Hard to believe that I was sedentary my entire life up until about 6 years ago. I’ll never go back to that though, being active is so much more fun! 😁
