Found a corner of the kitchen where I can leave the scales on the floor for the whole time. I'm not sure that I'm getting consistent weighing on my scales when I pick them up to store them every day.

6/27: 71.9 - Started off with a much larger breakfast than I'm used to so didn't have barely any calories left over for dinner, but dinner turned out to be less calories than expected so I only went over by a small amount

Round 45 aims - this is an uninterrupted 10 days ahead before we are away again so really looking to make the most of it - definitely planning to be under 140lb, and hopefully heading towards 138lb.......
6/27 - 139.90lb - down 1.2lb - yay! That will do for day 1 and I'm back under the magic 140 - now to make it stick and carry on down... Out of routine today though as off work so need to make an extra effort to keep drinking the water.....

My daily weight is on my home scale, so I can monitor how my week is going.
My ultimate goal is 175lbs, so any loss is a good loss.

5'2", Female, Serial Starter, Loss 65lbs in 6 months with MFP in 2013 (250lbs to 185lbs). Did it once, can do it again. Confident it’ll stick this time. SW: 250lbs (05/28/18), UGW: 140-150lbs

R44 SW 237.2
R45 SW 235.0
Goal this round: More accurate logging by cooking more during weekends. Start exercise routine probably some kind of beginners work out video on YouTube. Recommendations appreciated. Good luck everyone!
Day/Weight/Comment
6/27 235.0! Changed my logging to just putting round start weights since there’s been a difference from the last day of the previous round to the first day of the new round. Between R43 and R44 there was a -0.4lb difference. Between R44 and R45 -1.5lbs!!! I think my consistency from last round has paid off even though the scale wasn’t reflecting that. I’m glad I didn’t let it mentally de-rail me. Great way to start a new round!

I love the idea of keeping each other accountable.
That being said, anybody want to be an accountability partner?
I'm 37 and 5'1
My goal is 130 lbs
I'm hoping to lose at least two pounds per round.

Day/Weight/Comment
6/27 = 192.0 (+0.6), BF% = 15.4 (no change). Had some dark chocolate chips last night after dinner, so my streak, and the struggle of addiction, continues (had too much, they weren't that "dark"). Haven't been getting enough sleep. I have a "sort of" job interview today; I meet with two people, and based on my meeting I will be "banded" (placed in a category) that will determine my "priority" for getting an interview. I'm tired. Going to need eyedrops and caffeine. I was falling asleep at work yesterday. I should be able to catch up on sleep tonight. Perhaps I'll go to the gym after work, depending on how I'm feeling. My two pound drop on my last weigh-in was likely dehydration, so this number is okay. I really want to break this sugar cycle. Going to try to stay mindful today. I just decided to throw away the chocolate chips. And I just threw them away.

6/27 - Wednesday - 196.6 - Worked really hard to avoid stress eating last night - stayed within calories and made dinner at home after some less than stellar news at work. HUGE WIN - as I normally would have went straight for the comfort foods on the way home. Now to continue on with good planning and choices because the stress shall remain for a while. Cheesesteak stuffed pepper for dinner tonight for me and cheesesteak sandwich for DH. Breakfast smoothie and lunch prepped and packed and made it to work on the early side so feeling good about all those things. Going to an outdoor concert friday and packing a picnic so need to plan that menu. Lots of planning has gotten me this far and I'm finally starting to enjoy the habit.

@puddlegoober,
Do you use organic apple cider vinegar? I've read that many people say ACV helped them kick the sugar cravings. I have been using ACV off and on for 30 years. In my entire life I have never had sugar cravings. I can't even remember the reason I started using acv. For me, when I use it daily I never get a common cold or have sinus problems. It improved my gut health, cured my acid reflux, I KNOW that it began to strip the belly fat off of me. When I first started this current weightloss journey, the healthiest food I was consuming was green smoothies, but I also was eating cake, chips, fries, bread, etc. I do think ACV helped me to transition away from those detrimental "foods" and get back to healthy eating.
Tastes awful, yes, but give it a try for a week. I add 1 TB to water and drink it in the morning, first thing. You can also add it to olive oil or avocado oil with herbs for a salad dressing.3 -

6/27 - 154.6 - Up a little from yesterday but not worried, muscles are a little sore today from working out so might be holding on to some water, feeling a little heavy this morning. Food, water and steps were all good yesterday so not going to stress about this slight gain.
