7/27 - 189.2 lb doing well on portion control and logging. Slacking with the gym a bit:/
7/28 - 190.2 lb not going in the right direction. Need to refocus on actually going to gym, planning on a Sunday class. Saturday will be too busy
7/29 - 190.4 - really overdid the eating etc yesterday. Going for groceries and healthy meals all next week
7/30 - missed
7/31 - 189.4 - signed up for 1 month fitness and did 1 class yesterday. Going strong for another
8/01 - 191.8 lb - heavy lunch with lots of sodium and the TOM is coming, so not shocked. Had a great bootcamp-like workout yesterday
8/02 -190.6 lb

8/05 - 189.6lb - it's a plus but TOM means it's a loss actually. Been consistent with 4 times to the gym this week, that is a good habit starting to form4 -

Well I didn't succumb to the pressure of all the pizza in the break room. I had my big ol salad and I was considering having a slice if I wasn't full. Thankfully the salad filled me up.
