    Excited for August & this empowering group! You have made me realize that I can exercise more!!

    My 6th month! Wow, I didn’t realize how long ago I joined this group!!

    8/1: 82 minutes, 10,180 steps (I’m walking faster!!!!) HIIT
    8/2: 78 minutes, 11,507 [slower walk]
    8/3 85 minutes mins, 12,084
    8/4: 124 minutes, 5+ miles, 15,416 steps

    Total for August: 6.3 / 31 hours

    August Goal: Minimum 31 hours per doctor’s request! An hour a day keeps the doctor away?!??!!

    8/1: 30 min. BODY Project HIIT, 2 min. ZUMBA😂, 35 min. Walking 3.0 mph = 67 min. (1hr. 7min)
    8/2: 30 min. BODY Project HIIT, & 46 min. Walking 3.0 mph = 76 min. (1 hr. 16min)
    8/3: 60 min. Walking 3.0 mph (1 hr.)
    8/4: 30 min. BODY Project HIIT, & 30 min. Walking 3.0 mph = 60 min. (1 hr.)
    Total = 4 hrs. 23 min.

    Going to go with the 24 hour goal!

    I'm in again this month! Was a little ambitious last month so dropping the goal down to 45 hours.

    8/1 - 1 hour bootcamp, 35 minutes running, 1 hour hot yoga

    Total: 2 hours 35 minutes/45 hours

    8/2 - 2 (1) hour hot yoga classes, 1 hour softball game

    Total: 5 hours 35 minutes/45 hours

    8/3 - 51 minutes running, 1 hour lifting

    Total 7 hours 26 minutes/45 minutes

    8/4 - 30 minutes sprint cycle class, 1 hour bootcamp, 4 hours softball games
    8/5 - 94 minutes running
