Cheese buns, fresh out of the oven with butter. My husband just made a batch. I had one with dinner and i'm distracting myself from eating the 9 that are left.

One of my guilty pleasures is "yogurt" (more like white chocolate) covered pretzels, raisins or nuts.

Some other things I could pack on calories with all too quickly:

Pralines.

Home made oatmeal with raisins, walnuts and honey. Sounds healthy until you see how much I would have and how heavy handed I was with the toppings. I like with 3 or 4 raisins and a couple of walnut halves in every bite (eaten with a tablespoon).

Banana pudding.

Hot fudge sundae with nuts.

Warm peach cobbler with really good vanilla bean ice cream.

chicken wings.

turkey thigh meat with mashed potatoes and gravy.

I can have all these things in moderation but these are things I could binge on. I left out one of my worst binges - chocolate moose tracks ice cream. Because of my history with it, I may still like the flavor but wold have a hard time eating it because of the negative emotions now associated with it.

I hear you! Something that might be healthy doesn't mean it doesn't come with loads of calories....I dream of...with even more types of nuts/dates/nut butters...

The restaurant we go to for Sunday brunch has it as a special once in awhile. I'm always so excited when they do! So delicious...
