Maybe I should find time to do some baking with Lotus Biscoffs this weekend. Although there is a reason I don't have the things in the house, after the last two times...6 -
My Dad's going in to gallbladder surgery right now. Anxiety makes me yearn for fried calamari. 😣8

I'm debating taking a bag of these camping this weekend. Because camping calories don't count, right?!?

As long as you're eating outside you're good to go.3 -

Does anyone else have those foods that are a must for a camping trip?
For me, S'mores are on the top of the list.
And these.

I'll have two, please. With some garlic bread and corn on the cob drenched in melted butter.

Looking back at the last few posts, I propose a theory that yellow foods are delicious.
Cheese - delicious.
Butter - delicious.
Toasted bread - delicious.
Sweetcorn - delicious.
Caramel - delicious.
Bananas - delicious.7 -

Could I eat all this in one sitting? No.
Would I enjoy the attempt tremendously? Yes, yes I would.
As much as I enjoy fried chicken, I would probably just push that off to the side to make room for @ceiswyn 's corn and go at the burgers and whatever else is in there with them.
My boss unexpectedly brought in bagels, so my plan for the day is already well off course5 -
I got a page of Hardee’s coupons in the mail with this on it and I’ve been FIGHTING the urge since then4 -

Make the s’mores with marshmallow peeps. #lifechanging
For tent camping or float trips I also crave cold fried chicken and hot dogs cooked over the fire. Salsa verde Doritos because they only sell them at a Walmart near a state park we always go to. Hostess donettes. A big breakfast of pancakes, eggs and bacon cooked all on an electric griddle.
We have a travel trailer now though so much of our “camping” cooking can be similar to cooking at home. Taking ours out this week for the Fourth, I’m really looking forward to it!5 -

Well, for one thing.....
There's also a radiator pasta dish with pesto I like to make for river trips. It also has roasted hazelnuts, spicy pumpkin seeds, feta, crushed chile flakes, parsley, cherry tomatoes (or sundried tomatoes), and sometimes artichoke hearts.

Camping food is the BEST. One of my favorite things (camping and beyond) are pie iron pizzas! So easy and so many variations... yummm

Flatout wraps + peanut butter are great too! One of my favorite lower calorie craving squashers is a Flatout wrap + 1 TBSP chunky peanut butter mixed with 1 TBSP greek yogurt or ricotta cheese + sugar free raspberry preserves or smushed fresh raspberries + some chocolate chips.. TRY IT
I did it! had a super yummy PB&J sandwich yesterday. Total of 340 calories.
Two tablespoons of freshly pressed peanut butter. A bit of PC raspberry jam.
I compromised on the breed by not getting the higher calorie bread but also not going WW type bread (next time I may try a english muffin!) it's pretty tasty. it's not crazy small like WW/other low cal breads but also not large. This helps get the correct ratio of PB to bread.

The only thing is it doesn't keep me full for 4 hours like a good bowl of steel cut oats. but good to fully hit the craving under 400 calories and can pick mornings i am up later so less time til lunch. There was even room for some honey but i didn't think of it (and used extra calories for dessert)

I love papa john's now that they have an alternative tomato sauce. I thought their regular tomato sauce was too sweet, but I'd get sick of the white sauces.0
