    Nah.. prolly half that..

The high calorie on bbq are the sauces.. which I don't see on these pic.. all dry seasoning..

Brisket and sausages for sure would bump it up. Ribs, too. And skin-on half chicken? Yeah. At least four thousand. But it looks like there's three or four servings there, so.... I'll be right over. What should I bring? Slaw? Cornbread? Yeah. Cornbread.

I could make it have more calories if I ate it with melted butter, but dungeness needs nothing added.

I should make this. I mean just to see if I can. Not to actually eat. Oh no.....

Looks like a cornmeal crust? That would be good luck for new year's.

Ah. Panko. I might actually get some again; it's been a while. I bet I could make it with cornmeal. I'll skip the honey, though. I could make Norwegian seed crackers to serve it with, though.... just to bump up the calories to a respectable level. Something more than zero anyway.

Ok. Knock it off everybody!!! It's a new year. New goals. I've got 25# to re-lose. Make this easier on a body, will ya? For Pete's sake, at least post pictures of stuff I loathe. Like celery(No peanut butter or cream cheese allowed!). Or Fig Newtons.

JK And don't mind the drool. It's my dogs.

    Carry on. :)

I am munching on one of the items on this plate right now. The other item looks gross to me :)

Well, you know I'm now wondering what your gross out item is! Is it the...crackers?

I used to always eat them out of the bulk bins when I went to the grocery store with my mom as a kid 😆.

I did all I could to ensure good luck in 2021.
    ssy8x0ntppkg.jpg

    Black eyed peas
    Collard greens
    Buttermilk cornbread

    Happy New Year!

Now I just have to weight for neighbors to get home to drop off care packages. This batch of cornbread was 14 sticks in cast iron, four sticks in thin steel, and eight triangles from the cast iron cornbread pan.
