Whoever invented poke cake should have a statue in every town square. You can make it any flavor combo you want and all you need is a bowl, a spoon, and a casserole or baking dish.

    This one looks amazing!

I really want to try the Little Caesars Bacon Bacon box set.

Honestly wish I could figure out the calories in it. The nutritional info doesn't seem to include it.

Sunday I might just have to do this for football.

Enchiladas with rice and refried beans, chips and salsa and/or queso
A large plate of cheese and crackers
Buffalo chicken dip with frito scoops
Pan crust vegetable lovers pizza with extra cheese
    Cornbread dressing
Hash brown casserole with LOTS of extra sharp cheddar

I could go for any or all of those things

Except it should be a chocolate shake made with actual ice cream and that is what you dip the fries in.

@Ruatine I blame you for my french fry craving today. I had them logged and everything. But laziness won out and I ate something I had in the fridge at work versus actually leaving my office

Mmmm... I will take responsibility for that french fry craving. And, if you couldn't tell, those are Five Guys fries, which, I think, are some of the best! ;)

@CarvedTones I actually really enjoy a Frosty. It has a different flavor than a typical chocolate shake. But, yes, I agree with the fry dipping.

Oh yes, I recognize a Five Guys fry!! They are very good, especially ordered extra crispy.

Yeah, a frosty is mostly chocolate milk, corn syrup and cream chilled while stirred. They are good, IMO, but I prefer ice cream, which has pretty much the same ingredients plus vanilla blended with the milk and chocolate syrup right before serving. The texture and taste is different. The vanilla in the ice cream changes the taste and the texture of a Frosty is a bit more like a slushy and more consistent. I like the inconsistency of getting a little ice cream lump or chocolate syrup a little heavier in spots every now and then in a shake.

I love baked brie but started making these:

    https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/245291/brie-cups/

a few years ago for a couple of reasons.
    1) you can modify the toppings - I usually get a few different flavored fancy jams/spreads and make an assortment. Fig Jam, Honey w/ Pecan and a rosemary sprig, a little sliver of proscuitto with apricot jam are a few of my favorites.
    2) I hate how the baked brie looks after it's been sitting out for a while - warm it is awesome but after it congeals... it's less than visually appealing. The little bites stay pretty and taste good at room temp as well as warm.

yes...these would be much easier on the waist line for sure...I'd actually rather have them - phyllo is nice crispy and lighter than the 'heavier' puff pastry
