    @jilliancreates, ONEderland is on the horizon! Blister, ouch! Use some zinc ointment on it. It will heal faster. My son would get blisters on his hands, from gripping the bat, at the start of every baseball season.

    I'm doing another day of drinking only water and I notice a pattern. If I drink only water, I'm so hungry all day. When I drink other drinks, I'm not. What is this madness?

    8/06 - 218.0 lbs - The weight isn't falling off like in the first round, I guess its exercise time.
    8/07 - 217.0 lbs - Finally, after being stuck for several days. I never know what the scale will read these days.
    8/08 - 216.2 lbs - This hot and humid weather makes me less hungry. A blessing in disguise.
    8/09 - 215.8 lbs - I've been eating too much in the morning and skipping lunch. I need to balance meals.

    I havent been terribly hungry at lunch lately either - but I tend to do most of my eating at night rather than morning. I'm undecided if I should try to eat more traditionally, or just stick to a small midday snack and have my big dinner...

    It took me a couple days to "rebond" with him because he looks so different! He was not happy at all but is finally coming out of it!

    I eat a big breakfast at 9:30 and then “lunch” around 3-4 and then “dinner” 6-9. I exercise from 2-3 or between 5:30-7:30.

    I used to eat a light lunch at 1:30 & a light snack around 4:30 and then very light dinner at 7:30. With the midday heat I just naturally pushed back lunch & made it more substantial, eliminating the snack. Happy to be eating 3X a day now.

    I track my calorie burn & calorie input & eat “lunch” or “dinner” when my deficit is over 400 calories, but I always eat my big breakfast at 9:30 to top up huge overnight deficit.
