Hmm I think I forgot to post my 2021 goals list on this thread, so here it is:
2021 GOALS
1 6 pack/V-shaped abs by June 1st.
2 Jan-Mar Caroline's Girvan Epic 2 program
3 Rowing 5000m in 27:30 (min points Marine PFT)
4 Wall sit squat for 10 min.
5 Grip and forearm training.
6 Increase the dumbbells to 10kg.
7 5 chin-ups/set
8 10 chin-ups/workout
9 10 pull-ups (wide grip)/workout
10 Rope skipping: 5000 jumps in one workout
11 Rope skipping: 10000 jumps in one workout
12 A 30 min run with no rest.
13 Running 1h with no rest.
14 Running 5km with no rest.
15 Running 10km in intervals.
16 Running 21km in intervals (half a marathon).
17 Hip Thrust bodyweight x1 (56kg - my BW)
18 Bridges bodyweight x1 (46kg)
19 Bridges bodyweight x1 (56kg - my BW)
20 Squat bodyweight x1 (36kg)
21 Squat bodyweight x1 (56kg - my BW)

37 Continue body re-composition and get leaner.
38 Get stronger.

- a 1000 kcal workout on my 35th b-day
- 24.55 min' rowing /5000m (minimum admission for Marines. No, I'm not enrolling).
- 26 kg barbell chest press x 10 reps
- 56 kg (123.46 lbs) barbell Romanian Dead Lift = my bodyweight

I've crushed my last barbell goals for 2021:
✔️10 reps x 56 kg barbell bridges (56kg - my bodyweight)
✔️10 reps x 36 kg barbell squat
✔️3 reps x 46 kg barbell squat
✔️10 reps x 56 kg barbell Hip Thrust (56kg - my bodyweight)

Hi! Since yesterday I have two new personal records that I feel VERY proud of (I never thought I'd get here):
✔️10 chin-ups in a workout
✔️300 push-ups in a workout (21/29/35/30/30/30/25/20/10/20/30/10/10), my last PR being 180
Also, checkout my 6 months progress for my back muscles.
Hard work paying off! 😁
