    blackened cod, sauteed bell peppers and onion, air fried french fries. Took all of 30mins if you count the oven preheating.

    Arugula pesto, pasta with shrimp. The pasta was similar to Radiatori so the pesto worked really well.

    I am cooking with a girlfriend tonight at her place. Bringing my sous vide stick so we can do sous vide steak. Will batch cook gratin dauphinoise to fill up her freezer with little aluminium takeaway containers.

    Got tired of regular pork pot roast, so cooked roast with rice instead of potatoes. Seasoned with butter and herbs. Turned out really good.

    I will warm up a batch cooked gratin dauphinoise, air fry some chicken thighs to coat in Korean BBQ sauce, and roast some courgette.

    Last night I made a big bowl of salad ( Romain, cucumbers, red peppers, mini tomatoes, green onions, avocado, sunflower seeds and nuts) and air fried big chunks of lamb. I seasoned it with salt and pepper with lots of other herbs: turned out great!
