    @deepwoodslady, Donna, parsley and lemon are both
    diuretics. Make a tea of about 8 crushed parsley leaves in one cup of hot water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Let it cool to warm. You can drink it as is or add lemon juice. Just as effective is adding parsley to your salad. Also, hot lemon water first thing in the morning will help you shed extra fluid.

    @DebCountsAll I do the same thing when we get back from a cruise. It’s a lot of logging but I like having the record.

    @puttyputty After decades of cutting salt, I am amazed at how good it tastes AND it doesn’t seem to negatively affect my BP either! Hmmm!
