    CW: 182.2 (Aug 25)
    GW: 130.0

    9/22: 177.0
    9/29: 177.6

    Today is first day all week I was over 176 :( but I did lose about 5 pounds so I'll call it a success!

    9/16:165.8 (-4 from prior week, -5 from challenge start)

    9/30: 164.9 ( no change from prior week, -5.9 for the September challenge)

    Although I saw 162 on the scale this week, it didn’t stay after some indulgent weekend days. Oh well, hopefully water retention and I’m still down 6lbs regardless! I will call that a successful month.

    Great job everyone!! I ended up traveling for most of September and didn’t have access to my bathroom scale. I tried to just eat clean and will see where I’m at and pick up where I left off. Will there be an October challenge like this as well? Where might it be posted? TIA!

    Total loss for September: -1.2 lbs.

    It was still a loss. I ended up changing my rate of loss to 0.5 lbs this month, so it was expected that I wouldn't hit my goal. Maybe next month. We will see.

    I've been doing everything right and was expecting at least 1lb loss. Nothing. NOTHING! :'(

    I wasn't sure I'd lose anything this week as I get ravenous during shark week, but there was a tiny loss. I didn't hit my goal, but I did lose a couple of pounds which I'm perfectly happy with. :)
