    9/1 - 30 minutes spring class; 1 hour bootcamp
    9/2 - 2 hours biking
    9/3 - rest day
    9/4 - 1 hour lifting

    9/5 - 1 hour bootcamp, 44 minutes running, 1 hour hot yoga

    Total: 7 hours 14 minutes/45 hours

    9/6 - 51 minutes running; 1 hour lifting

    9/7 - 40 minutes running

    9/6=Today was a good day.2 water aerobic classes + 30 min bike.
    Total=4 hrs 20 min
    9/7 =2 water aerobic classes,it is amazing that these workouts in a Warm water pool,always helps my.walking. + 40 min stationary bike.Also PT but that won't be counted.
